Awesome hotel. Great room. Super breakfast. I'll stay again.
Everything was new which was nice. Taking a left out of their parking lot is tough because of the heavy incoming traffic. Good for a basic hotel.
We found the Inn very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast choices. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
We recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and had a wonderful stay. The complementary breakfast was great, and the room was extremely comfortable.
Although the hotel was under renovation, the staff made us very comfortable.
The rooms were nice but the only problem was that the cable was not set up. I had to unscrew the coaxial cable and mess with the settings to get it working. Would have been nice to make sure this was already ready before guests arrive.
Hotel currently going through renovations but rooms have already been completed. Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are good size with comfortable bed.
One of the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel was under construction and was never told. Ordered double beds for my family and they only had a room with one bed. Asked for more towels and shampoo in the morning and was told they had none. Cleaning lady took towel from another room. Breakfast room was understandably move because of construction but the new area was also open to construction feet away. There was no place to sit, but in the breakfast room, so my family had to sit in avalanche of dust for a 1/2 for me to come back. They kicked my family out of the room. I wrote a letter to Fairfield corporate and I received back some BS corporate response that they would take care of me next time i visited that same hotel. Like, I would ever go back there.
Service was great. Continental breakfast was perfect. Rooms are very clean and inviting. The hotel is currently under renovations so at times it was a little noisy but it did not interrupt our stay whatsoever.
It was a great stay! No problems at all
Rooms are clean and staff if very polite.
New renovated rooms are nice. Breakfast could be better. Maybe add fruit
The people at the desk were all top-notch, genuinely friendly, and accommodating people. They definitely made me feel that they were a "safe zone," should my mother (91) need some kind of unexpected assistance. Or me, for that matter. As I interfaced with at least four desk people over three days, I give them very high marks on that.
While similar to many hotel breakfasts, this one has notably higher quality foods than most, and breakfast there was a reasonable meal, not just a disappointing-but-free, morning carb load. Crisp bacon, fresh fruit, and oatmeal waffles were among the choices. Always-available, fresh coffee is great, too, and the fresh-baked cookies in the evening are an enjoyable treat. The people working around the food are very nice.
The mattresses were very comfortable for sleeping late. The room was clean, there were adequate supplies and plenty of towels, and the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Stretching to find a con: the elevator is a bit slow.
n.b. The current remodelling is sometimes noisy, but it's temporary, and the staff ensures that they stop at a reasonable hour. Some things simply have no perfect remedy.
Here for a business training. As others have said it's under renovations. Great but they work till 8:30 banging around. A very gross stain on the sheets as I folded them back. Dead ladybugs in curtains. Very hard springy bed. And a fitness room with a treadmill and an elliptical machine that's it . Amanda was the gall at the front desk was great help getting me new sheets. She was very nice and mortified as I showed her pics of the stain and bugs. Breakfast was barley edible powdered eggs , alpo sausage. Glad I'm not paying to stay.
