It has been a good stay. The internet is excellent. I think that is because Cox has all of their out of town employees stay here. I love the breakfast. It has exceeded my expectations.
A good example of a SpringHill Suites hotel. Everything is well maintained and the location is convenient.
Plain place. No restaurant on site. Make your own breakfast on paper plates. Just the basics, but a little pricy for what you get
We really enjoyed our stay. Especially liked having a sofa so we didn't have to sit on the bed. The room was VERY clean . Beds comfortable. It was all great.
The room was so comfy and cozy. The woman at the desk was so helpful and nice. Everything was so warm and inviting
As a silver member, I booked two double bedrooms. Both had a nice L shape couch complete with microwave and mini fridge. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was well stock with eggs, turkey sausage, make your own waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and milk carton. Staff was nice and friendly. Didn't use the pool but it looked very nice with a jacuzzi and nice couches for group lounging. Would highly recommend for a weekend trip. Also quick on and off the highway and about 25 minutes from Newport. A little longer with traffic
It was really easy to find, just off the freeway. Front desk was very helpful with any questions we had. Our room was clean and spacious. Ice machine on 4th floor wasn't working. Hot tub was cold.
My room was very clean, the free breakfast was tasty and plentiful for what you would normally expect at a SpringHill Suite, and the front desk people were really nice. It has a great location, close to many restaurants and I would definitely stay here again.
Overall not impressed. Hot tub jets didn't work either night. The second night the hot tub was lukewarm at best. Pool was ok however. Room was pretty standard, nothing too fancy. Room did not get cleaned while we left for the day which was annoying. Breakfast was ok, layout could use some work. Overall I am pretty upset for the price I paid. I'd expect this kind of service at a motel 8 for $80 A night not a place I spent almost $300 (including taxes and fees) a night.
Friendly staff, laid back atmosphere. Good continental breakfast. Decent pool and whirlpool . 2 night stay
Not so lively. But recent renovations and staff was just awesome laid back. Laundry was awful as FYI but can't review a hotel on it's coin up laundry situation. Dryers actually need to be replaced stat. I hit up Marriott's Continental breakfast spread. my faith in the breakfast Marriott offers remains alive and well.
Family of 4 stayed here on a Saturday night.
The hotel is very decent for being at the $104/night range. It was well worth our money to go just outside of Providence to save $70 and have bigger beds.
Everything was very clean.
Their included breakfast was nice as well. Offerings included poppy seed bread, bagels, English muffins, eggs, sausage patty, oatmeal, make your own waffles, juice, milk and coffee.
