The hotel does not have an elevator! Unbelievable!
If you have an issue and cannot do stairs with luggage! Be sure and ask for a first floor room.
Facility is nice and everything is clean.
Very disappointed. Not up the the standard I am used to for a Fairfeild inn and for the price I paid. First night, bathroom door handle came off in my hand and the tv remote dis not work without turning the tv on and off. Breakfast was mediocre. We came down to no fruit other than on badly bruised banana. When I asked where was the fruits I was informed truck had not come. Day 2 I was very happy to see they had grab and go breakfast things for those of us having tonleave super early. Day 3 fruit great! But running out of turkey sausage by 8:30 and leaving the only other "meat" as veggie sausage disappointing. On Saturday night while a. Inch of kids were in the pool, the towels ran out. When I asked the from desk for more she sighed and informed she just put 20 on the and doesn't know where they 'll went. I asked her if she seen how many were in there. She finally gave more towels after a second person asked and informed them they had better be onlybisong 1 per person. She was also dressed very shabby for this calibre of hotel. The room is also in need of other repairs and need to check for insects.i had some ants in my room. Overall I feel the quality was not there at this facility.
Did not tell us when we booked our room that the pool and hot tub area was under construction. Was very busy for breakfast running out of stuff trying to check poeple out and take care of the food with one person working (she was good ).
Nice little Fairfield. Kinda weird the don't have an elevator, but they were nice enough to comp us a king suite on the ground floor for the same price so that my wife recovering from knee surgery didn't have to climb the stairs.
Hotel over booked the hotel. I was bumped from my room and was not notified of this until I got to the hotel from Traveling from SD. Front desk staff was a mainland they sent me to the comfort in but I found a different room that I stay at. So definitely disappointed in this hotel and interaction.
Bryce at the front desk is a Rockstar. Great service. Lobby and eating area were really cold, hard to hang out there.
Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms and facility is a little dated and in need of remodeling. Pool is a nice size. The hot tub was out of order when visiting. Breakfast area was small but breakfast was good variety of food.
Just had a wonderful experience with securing a reservation with your staff member, Bryce (I believe that was his name.) He was not only courteous, but every question I had was dealt with patience and the utmost in courtesy.
The most important first step is the first interaction, and I must say mine was pleasant in every aspect. Definitely off to a great start, Fairfield Lansing! Thank you!
I am looking forward to my upcoming business stay with this Marriott property.
Clean rooms, wonderful service and great breakfast.
Nice place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice also. Would stay again if ever in the area.
Every part of my stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely professional and went above and beyond. Suites were spotless and beautiful! Highly recommend this facility for conference facility and for the rooms! Excellence all around!
Staff was incredible. How in the world do you not have a printer for a receipt? Completely inappropriate. Now I have to explain to my corporation why I don't have an expense report. Completely ghetto with their tech. Staff is impeccable though.

Hot tub is STILL broken!!! Pool is ice cold. This is ridiculous.
