The hotel was perfect for us. We had to evacuate our house due to the fire. We had our 2 cats which this hotel is pet friendly thank God. The room was perfect. Hot coffee downstairs and breakfast bars was a plus. The room was a studio with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and wifi. We were very pleased with the staff and guests.

If you decide to stay here make sure you HIDE OR LOCK UP YOUR VALUABLES!!. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work so we told the front desk and they said they would have someone bring another hair dryer up to our room. When we returned to our room later that day the new hair dryer was sitting on the counter near my bag of jewelry. The next day I noticed my diamond cross necklace was missing! All my fashion jewelry was left as it isn't worth anything. The cross necklace was $1000. The hotel will not return my calls to discuss this matter. Either don't stay here or don't trust the people that have a key to your room!!!!!!

I have never stayed at such a bare bones place and I have been all over the US and stayed in some sketchy places. 1 star is for the decent TV. My room was freezing, heat didn't work. The faucet ran, not dripped, ran all night. No ice unless you want to make it in your room. Who has time for that? No ironing board or pants hangers. No dishes even though they give you dish soap and advertised fully equipped kitchenette. No coffee in room. ANY hotel I have been to has coffee in room. I picked it for location, not price. It should have been half the price though for half a hotel. Won't stay at this chain ever again. So disappointing.

If I can give this hotel a 0 star I would, this hotel does not even deserve a 1 star. I found bedbugs on my bed, "bugs" more than 1. The room had a really old smell. There was stains on the mattress. The rug was filthy and had stains. This hotel has no gym, nor a pool. When I spoke to the people at the front desk they were completely rude, and told me "I can either put you in another room, or give you your money back, theres nothing else I can do for you". I have several pictures of the bedbugs and the dirtiness of the room. When I called to complain with corporate that my room had bedbugs, I kept getting hung up on by several representatives. I will never stay in an Extended Stay ever again. First and last time. I feel completely disgusted that I laid in a bed full of bedbugs, and I feel more disgusted with how these people treat you. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! And I will be suing.

Staff was friendly. The check in was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is close enough to the airport, so getting there via Lyft was not a problem.

Walls were fairly thin. Could hear the room next to us yell at each other at 5 am Night staff was awesome, but day staff couldn't even figure out how to print a receipt. Housekeeping was also awesome, helped with an item we forgot. Courtyard next door is much betteryou get what you pay for

No room service if your stay is under 7 days. We are there 5 days and the hotel refuse to send someone to make the room. Carpets in the room are disgusting. Smell is terrible. No service. Parking spots are limited.

Shower pressure is horrible. Shower head is clogged with calcium built up.

For the price you can get way more decent stay from Airbnb. Ans way more close to downtown LA.

Solid rooms. Internet is no good. Free coffee and granola bars in the morning. Coffee all day. Basic amenities. Laundry room for a price. No pool or gym. Nice office staff.

If your looking for a 4 star hotel with all the amenities this is not the hotel for you. I rate this hotel 4 stars simply because the price is good other than that the beds are okay and be prepared for the weird smells from people cooking all day. It is nice having a kitchen and the rooms are clean.. There is no pool, spa, or work out room but in light of the price I really didn't care. It is right next to the Burbank shopping center with food and target and Walmart a short drive away or walk for that matter. If 4 star experiance is what your looking for luckily you can still go across the street to the Marriott and enjoy there lobby and open bar.

Random insect finds, having to argue with front desk for dishes and extra towels, and overall property condition make this dump not worth the money saved. I'm only staying here because it's cheap and my employer can't see past the money aspect.

You get woken up by either the families of 5 or more living in the rooms around you or the train passing by, horn blaring, just a few yards from the property.

The staff acts like I've insulted their intelligence when I try to reason with them in asking for more than one towel for just one person. Their logic is that one person should get one towel at a time. They want a person to bring down their one towel every day to get a "clean" one.

I've stayed in my share of garbage hotel properties and while this isn't the worst, it's definitely not worth the price. Pay the little extra and stay at either the nearby Courtyard or a different city entirely. You can call most Marriott properties and negotiate a better long-term stay rate than what you see posted on any given website.

Location was good. Room had issues. TV did not operate. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Shower curtain rod was one hanging towel away from falling off. The sprinkler head in the bathroom ceiling had a paper towel stuffed in it. The one of black table chairs has a lot of white stains. When mentioned to customer service they gave us another room without a hassle.
