The room was nice. Great shower. Close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was not included. Parking was an additional charge. Overall, it was an OK stay. Water was off for four hours. Very inconvenient.

Rooms are nice.. But the pillow that i found on the couch in my room had a strange stain on the little teal one. Please have your staff clean those at least! Gross😱😷

It was located conveniently next to burbank airport. The room was everything we needed and very clean and 5 stars. The service was great.

Loved the location of this hotel. So many things to eat nearby. There is also a lot of places to shop and things to do such as going to a shooting range or going to the movies. The location is also only a few minutes from the 5 freeway which takes you downtown in about 30 minutes on a good day. There's plenty of parking on the outside of the hotel and it is very well lit and safe area. Highly recommend coming to stay here if you are ever in Burbank.

Loved the atmosphere. The furniture was pretty modern but made it have a real home vibe. All the employees were helpful and seemed genuinely interested in helping. I was there for a work meeting but I would definitely consider staying at a Marriott hotel on my next personal trip.

Once we got there and was ready to go to sleep my girlfriend and i noticed that the bed sheets were all covered in white and yellow stains. As we uncovered the sheets, there was a big guppy stain, till fresh and wet. I asked for management but of course management was not around at the hour that i checked in. I will never stay at that dirty place ever again.

Stayed for a wedding which was a few blocks away. The hotel is nice and clean and parking is free. Elevators need to be upgraded asap, luckily there are only four floors so it doesn't take too long.

Nice place to stay. Near a few shopping centers and real close to the freeway. The only down said was I had to do extra work to try to get my work discount, so on that end of things customer service could use some improvements

This place was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable, spotless room, excellent service, and did I mention how comfortable the bed was? It was a bit pricey but well worth every cent.

Location is in a shopping center so if you're looking to buy things it's a great location to stay. Rooms are not as big. Housekeeping is spot on and efficient with their time to clean the room. Biggest disappointment was no fridge or microwave in the rooms. Bistro food is very good and not too expensive. Staff at check in area is very friendly and always greet when entering and leaving the hotel.

This location is near the Burbank airport, shopping and many restaurants. The hotel is up to date, clean and relaxing. Starbuck's coffee is available all day in the lounge area. Breakfast and dinner is available during those usual hours. There's a nice selection of food to order.

Staff was friendly, and rooms were very nice. Free WiFi was included. The bed and pillows were comfortable enough for a hotel, and the room even had a Samsung smart TV for us to watch. What more could we ask for?

We got a complimentary ride to the hotel. It was great service. Front desk attendants were friendly. Rooms were clean. The elevator was sketchy. It made a lot of very odd noises and went very slow. Overall a good experience and good staff.

We stayed here from Oct. 22 for 3 nights. All of the good things written about The Tangerine are true. The hotel is well maintained. The room we had was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, the towels and soaps were replaced each day. The room was very quiet. We stayed on the top floor,
