Great for spending a night before or after a flight. Beds are really comfortable, rooms are good. The room in which I stayed (double queen) had no kitchen, just a microwave.

Not poor, but not average. We were in town for an exam (USMLE Step 2 CS) and were extremely disappointed we stayed here. This was one of the cheaper motels in the areas so we hastily decided to book here. This was the smallest room I've ever seen- even smaller than a studio apartment. Overall the room was nice, good linens, clean, good TV channels. The carpet was stained (so we wore our shoes whenever stepping on carpet) breakfast was less than mediocre. They had bagels, waffles, packaged pastries, two types of cereal along with juice and coffee. The most part of the whole stay was being able to hear all of your neighbors- above, below and besides you. We could literally hear other peoples whole conversation perfectly. That made for a difficult night sleep, especially when your neighbors snore Get a restful night sleep and stay somewhere else, it will be worth the extra money. Also, parking is $5/day and rooms do not have a microwave or fridge.

I stayed at the LAX South Travelodge overnight because I had a long layover. I now know, I should have slept at the airport.

The shuttle to and from was okay. The driver was courteous and we arrived safely. The vehicle itself wasn't a minivan, like I was worried about, but a legitimate shuttle. The reservation process was quick, easy, and the representative was courteous and helpful. I have no complaints from a service perspective.

However, the upkeep of the room was horrible. The upholstery and furnishings were not cared for and the room had roaches. The bathroom looked like the plastered something but didn't repaint and the tub needed to be replaced. It also smelled heavily of smoke and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Lastly, breakfast was laughable. We slept fully clothed, socks included, and opted to wash at our next destination.

I know someone will say, "you get what you pay for" but I've paid the same amount for other discount hotels and had significantly better stays. If the room was sans roaches, maybe I would be more forgiving with my rating.

Room was good, loved the shower, complimentary breakfast was good (make your own waffles!). Walls were a little thin tho, so you would hear other guests when they were loudly going down the hallway or outside. But for the price it was, right next to the airport, complimentary shuttle to airport, and only $5 for overnight parking it was perfectly fine.

Was just stopping over night before a connection. Place is a little run down but the room was clean. Breakfast was convenient for grabbing on the go.

Kinda underwellemed, for $122. but they do try. The coffee is way to weak & only frosted cereals. No yogurt, or cream cheese for the bagels. Sacrilege. The bed was very comfortable.

A good place to stay for a night before flying from LAX. Our room was relatively small, but clean. The furnishings seemed a bit old, but were acceptable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to the free shuttle, we were at the airport in less than 15 minutes. Although this motel is just a few blocks away from the airport, no planes start overhead, so it isn't too loud outside. The breakfast selection was okay - I enjoyed the self-made waffles the most! Several restaurants and a few small shops are nearby. Fast and free WiFi. Note: Parking costs $5 extra per day!

The service and room cleanliness was great. This is an older hotel. It could use a remodeling job. Our room was small, but okay. The price was a bit higher than other, primarily due to a high tax they charge in California. Great location from the airport and good restaurants nearby. Shuttle service guy was really nice!

I like it because it's bare bones and inexpensive. If you need to be in El Segundo for a night or two, just yourself, it's perfect. All the basic stuff, shower, bed, AC, TV works fine. I checked for bedbugs and it was clean as a whistle. Close walking distance to everything you need. Parking was easy. No elevator though, so I just request a first floor room when making reservation.

Convenient to LAX. The room was small and the walls were really thin. I could hear snoring in the room next door to me. I could also hear street conversations but those luckily died down. Hotel staff were polite and efficient. TV remote didn't reach the TV from the bed. Price was good for what I needed: just a place nearby the airport while I was working late and starting early.

Room are well equipped and clean. Dinning table, work desk, closet filled with hangers an iron and ironing board. Bathroom not that all great shower head looked filthy not that much water pressure, I've stayed in many of the rooms there all shower heads ,need to be replaced or cleaned. The toilet look a bit filthy in the room i stayed last room 310. Other then that it's great for the price you get what you pay for I recommend the place. Breakfast included, convenient shuttle service to LAX if needed.

I stayed here because it was the last option when all other hotels near LAX were booked and I was stranded by Delta. The next morning I got confused about my room number because I was sleep deprived, and rather than check the room number against my last name or ask for any kind of proof of ID, the hotel staff readily gave me the key to the wrong room. So if your idea of good service is scaring the heck out of strangers by accidentally walking in on them naked, by all means stay here. Also you need to walk outside to get to the rooms (not good in the rain) and the shuttle only takes you to the airport if you ask for it two hours in advance. Other than that, this place is top notch.

Their customer service is excellent. I am 64 years young, but not savvy with the hotel website booking process, Somehow I ended up with the wrong booking date. When I was made aware of the error (late in the night), I called the hotel and Mr. corrected the error very quickly and without any "no show fee or charge". I have used their 2 bedrooms, 2-bathroom room suites, multiple times last year, and find the excellent quality, the best double occupancy- value for the money anywhere I have been, (and I have been a lot of places in my time). This is, in my opinion, what great customer service looks like. Again, Thank you. JCE, Seattle WA
