Value inn lax was the best affordable inn I have stayed at everything was neat everything clean friendly staff included breakfast too you must stay here you will not be disappointed.
The inside was pretty nice but the location was a bit scary. As I drove into the parking lot there was a guy who was pissing in the bushes that lined the parking lot. He then started drinking with his buddy. The front desk lady got me a parking spot in the front of the building. I would have left had a not gotten a new parking spot, even tho they have security camera for that lot.
Average stay at the Value Inn Worldwide. No where to park for a quick check in initially. Once checked in, we weren't told where to park or given our ticket for parking which is fine, as mistakes happen. Also told us the wrong room number. Parking is an extra cost at $5 per night and is at the back of the building. Breakfast was below average with a half broken toaster, and basic cereal and toasts. The computer in the corner also seemed to be out of order although this didn't affect us. Rooms were large with a little seating area with sofa and kitchenette sink. No microwave. Bathroom was large and was a tub and shower combo. Neighbourhood is a bit shady with us getting harassed as we walked to the Little Caesar's to get dinner but to be expected I guess.
I stayed at the Value Inn Worldwide due to its proximity to the LAX Airport, as it was a short Uber away. I found the overall hotel to be clean and relatively quiet. The room was spacious and bathroom was in good shape. Most importantly, the staff was amazing and friendly! While the continental breakfast nothing to write home about, it allowed me to grab a small bite to hold me over until I found better food options.
If I travel to LA again, I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again based on everything I've written paired with the value I
Loved my stay here! Spacious rooms that are nice and clean with staff is very friendly!
Pleased with the cleanliness of the room, and how quiet our stay was. Parking lot has security cameras, $5.00 Parking fee. Breakfast quick and simple enough for a traveler to move right along.
Location and room is really nice and definitely worth every penny. Its fairly free from noise considering its close to the airport.
The outside and elevator seems pretty dodgy, but will recommend if you're looking for a cheap and comfy place to stay around LAX.
i have to say, for a budget place it was absolutely clean! the staff were freindly. you do have to pay for parking. there is a breakfast included with the stay. the hotel is close to small store shopping and lax. it was quiet and comfortable. the area was safe by my standards. as i said it is budget accommodations, but it definitely is top line budget. would stay again.
Bed was average, as expected. AC ran fine but had a slightly inconsistent running noise. The hair dryer was kind of gross - had dried crusties. It also stopped because it probably overheated but started up again after a few minutes. The hair dryer didn't even get as hot as my own hair dryer so it's strange it would overheat, but I guess it was old. The night receptionist wasn't pleasant but wasn't rude. He was neutral. The morning receptionist was a lady who was friendly.
Not a good neighboorhood. Homeless living across the street and we are pretty sure we heard a shooting one night nearby. But other than that, the hotel wasn't that bad for such an affordable place so close to the airport
Came for one night stay. Hotel was very clean and friendly. Really good free breakfast. Convenient location. Would stay again. Lots of room to park. Didn't try out the pool as we got in late and left in the morning.
I booked this hotel as it was convenient for staying close to the airport. We were going to land in LAX after a long day of travels, so I didn't want to drive too much to get to the hotel. Driving from this hotel to downtown LA, Santa Monica and other places around LA wasn't too bad either, so we managed to see some sights in the two days we were around.
The staff was friendly and helpful, so that was welcomed. The hotel includes a simple breakfast and vending machines in the lobby. I've heard that Inglewood isn't a nice place, but it seems this area is just fine, especially if you're only driving to/from the hotel.
Don't expect a full fledged hotel, just a nice place to crash in, and you'll be happy about booking this one.
