Great room rates! I checked into my room and it had Not been cleaned. Toilet seat was broken and dresser drawer door was missing. Had to relocate to another room.

This hotel was terrible.
Family of 4, small children + small dog

Reason #1: booked online for a 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds Checked in and they don't have one we reserved available so the receptionists decided to split the reservation to 2 rooms each with a queen bed asked if they were located next to each other (No), receptionist offered 1 bedroom with king asked if it had a couch(Yes, but doesn't fold out) >ok. Get to the room- there is no couch. Can't fit a family of four on one bed even if it is a king size.
Reason # 2: trash in the trash can left from previous guest. Yuck
Reason # 3: no plug for tub drain, can't give kids a bath I guess.
Reason # 4: went to do laundry, needed quarters, clerk would not exchange/break my money for quarters. She said they couldn't take the US 1 dollar coinsIt's F%&#n US currency! Unbelievable.
Last straw: told her about the problems with the room nothing not an apology not "let me fix that" nothing. She just looked at me. Told her we would be checking out She made no effort to fixing anything No customer service skills, no respect. I had been nothing but courteous and respectful to her and she treated my presence like an inconvenience. Management needs to rethink her employment.

Elevator made us a little uneasy at first, started to go to another floor without closing the door; that only happened once and it worked fine every other time. Bed was comfy, great heat/ac system in the room, awesome location, nice to have kitchenette in the room, bathtub could’ve been a bit cleaner. Overall, it was a good stay.

Location is nice. Front staff was often absent when needed. Fridge made loud noises that were disruptive.

Nice rooms, clean, very close to the plaza. Sign is small and drove right past it the first time. Front desk emplogee, when we checked in was very nice and friendly.

This hotel is uninhabitable! We were shown 4 rooms all were filthy, tissues under the bed, hair in the shower, syringes outside the windows, floors needed to be vacuumed. There was not a clean room in the place. This was not a cheap hotel at over $100 a night. Please don't bother, too many other hotels to choose from. I will say the clear was very nice and did end up refunding our money (to Expedia) since she herself could not find a clean room.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Had to ask for a lot of amenities most hotels provide up front, like conditioner and lotion. Would stay again.

Don't stay here unless you're desperate for a kitchenette, its way overpriced for it's worth and even location. The staff were nice, the a/c worked, the bed was comfortable, and it's decently near the Crowne Plaza but those were the only good factors of our stay.

Besides those, our original room had poop and pee in the toilet, a white substance on the floor of the bathroom and the TV was on when we walked into he door the first time. We checked in at 8pm and it seemed as if someone had been in our room before we even got there and it reeked of excrement because of the toilet issue. The hallway consistently smelled of pee and at night a mixture of pee and weed. Thankfully the staff changed our room but there was no apologies or even a mention of financial rectification for this gross issue until I discussed with the worker the next morning.

If not for the decision of the bachelorette whose party we were attending, we would have paid the same price for a Hampton Inn or heck, I checked and I would have stayed out by the airport in a Hilton of the same price if it meant a better stay than this one.

Contacted the front desk at 3:15 am about a party on the first floor. An hour later, the party is louder and the front desk clerk, nor the manager, is anywhere around. Do not book a room here if sleeping is in your plans.

That was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in in my entire life. Upon entering there were cockroaches in the room. The front desk offered me a second room and after having seen the Cockroaches I pulled the sheets back to look at the mattress the mattress pad was covered in pee stains and black marks it looked a whole lot to me like bed bug tracks, but maybe it was just nasty dirtiness. So then the front desk gave me another room which she said she had already inspected. But when I pulled the sheets back and looked at the mattress pad it was equally as disgusting although maybe it didn't have pee stains this time. Needless to say I still have the heebie-jeebies from being in that room. I could not bear the thought of putting my things down in that room for god-knows-what to crawl in, and I wasn't about to get in that bed. Even though my room is being paid for by my company, I went to another room and in a different hotel and paid for it out of my own pocket rather than being that nasty Place. Do not go there!! The staff is warm, friendly, and generous. Getting a couple extra pillows wasn't a major struggle with a den of grizzly bears as I've experienced with other staff. The room is clean and cozy, smaller than some but laid out well so it feels bigger. The windows open all the way and even the screens open. Which I like quite a bit. I don't feel trapped in a hospital ward. Lol. They supplied extras I didn't expect such as a mop and supplies for it. Including all the soap I could ever need. I've not had an issue booking for an extra couple of night either which is a huge plus. I've had to move rooms and such in the past. I'm not exactly a party animal but I did have a few friends visit later than I'd like one evening. I suspected they might get the evil eye as they arrived. But to my surprise even this went smooth as can be. Granted they don't behave like Hooligans which never hurts. Over all I'd say it's been a great stay. I would recommend this location to friends and family. So while your here.enjoy!
