This property is little gem right in the middle of West Palm Beach Hands down one of the nicest Extended Stays in all of South Florida for sure from top to bottom this hotel rocks and it has sum ROCKSTARS On staff!
Sarah and Wislene @ the front desk are always so welcoming and friendly, on the other hand you don't even know if they're is a desk staff sometimes , it's a small staff that keeps this VERY WELL OILED MACHINE RUNNING AS OFFICIALLY AND PERFECTLY AS IT DOES SO, the staff is often busy behind the scenes and out of sight from the guests comings and going, which I tend to like not feeling like I'm in a hotel or motel Southern or having to always stop and talk with the person at the front door or the desk,
Don't get me wrong they're only a little bell chime away 2 handle any of your needs wants or issues. This place is like a for real home away from home with all the amenities you want , they have a nice pool with really nice comfortable lounge chairs and tables to hang out at along with a nice gas grill and utensils for your grilling enthusiast..
If you need something this staff is there for u and what ever u might need Sara and or Wislene at the front desk will get it done 4 u. And don't let forget about the GM Trent he is a wonderful GM it takes a lot of pride in his property and it definitely shows through his staff and just quality of the hotel itself from the grounds to the rooms Trent is a model of what Hospitality management should employ and or train after him.
I must say I've traveled the world stayed at many hotels meet lots of desk staff management and housekeeping around the world these two one for ladies are absolutely the gold standard and hands down some of the nicest genuine front desk staff I have the pleasure of meeting and staying with Bravo ladies..
and if not you're just on your way with a wave and smile from them.. the rooms are especially nice full kitchens, I stayed in both their standard type studio3 and their one bedroom suite which is extremely large private and accommodating plus having a dishwasher and not sweet is nice . Also the general manager is very Hands-On Trent had an issue with a personal family problem he worked with me was very accommodating and understanding, I had a minor AC issue Trent came up 2 suite himself and handled. He's very hands on manager I found him fun to talk with about current events in the hotel industry he seems to run a a tight shift and has a good stuff around him enjoy this hotel very much I recommend it to everybody..response / report this review -

If it weren't for Google maps giving me directions I'm not sure I would have found the place. It's good that the place is a little off the main streets (quieter), but bad because it's a little harder to find. Didn't use amenities but I saw that they were there, you know know, exercise room, pool, etc.

At first you would think it’s going be a great stay until you get bite by a bed bug the first night (pics to prove it) they changed our room and gave us quarters to wash. Also informed us we would get the 1st night we paid back. When checking out it was hell even when we had documentation stating so. Trent the manager was rude and showed no empathy towards the bed bug situation. Never again!

It was a nice experience staying here. I enjoyed the hotel, the service. I liked the cozy room , the view of the swimming pool and the peace and quietness of the place.

Spacious room with sitting area. Nice size kitchen with lots of counter space and 4 burner stove. Laundry in the building. As always, very comfy bed

I stayed here a few weeks ago and when I arrived I was exhausted and had forgotten to eat. The young lady at the desk, Wislene(I hope I remember her name correctly ) went and found a muffin and some granola bar, and did so with a smile. The whole staff is excellent and I can only assume that the manager fosters this great atmosphere. If you happen upon palm beach, give them your business.. next time in town I plan to do so..

I've stayed and done business with quite a few extended stays and the ones here in South FL are great. This one in particular has clean rooms and comfy beds. Very spacious, all the room you could possibly need. The location is very convenient with it being right off I 95. The staff is great very helpful at all times even in the middle of the night.

This hotel is great for a long stay. I've stayed there 3 times now for Spring Training trips and it's been everything I needed and a very reasonable price. The rooms have plenty of space and kitchen area for making meals. You can get most of the pots, plates, silverware, etc. that you need from the desk. The grab-and-go breakfast has gotten better having coffee and hot water with packets for tea, hot chocolate, and oatmeal, plus granola bars and muffins.
There's an outdoor pool and some workout equipment in a fitness room. Laundry is available too. The staff does a good job. Carli, the manager, does a great job and was able to make an adjustment to my reservation with ease. Our microwave didn't work one day and she got us a replacement that same day.
I will definitely stay there again for my next trip.response / report this review
