Out of 7 days theres been anywhere from hair on the sheets to roaches on floor and microwave, hair in tub, uncleaned toilet(s), beds you will feel the springs in your back, bedbugs and on day 4 of tv issues, currently nobody has and tv reception. Most of staff is helpful, except for one female which clearly doesnt care about the customersvery short with answers and rude. Location is good but everything else in a 7 day period is a bit ridiculous dont ya think?

Not a bad little hotel. Slightly outdated but close to the amphitheater. I think there was even a little italian restaurant in the same parking lot you could walk to. Didnt have the chance to try it out, but would have had we more time. We were in town for a concert and this place served its purpose. Would stay again, price was good, and beds were comfortable.

The location is convenient, there is a nice family park only 0.6 miles away from it and a gas station next to it. The hotel is sort of like a resort, you do have a cafe pizza Hut spot and their pet friendly. The room we were in was not all that. We found three roaches around the dresser, the floor and counters have dust on them like they were never wipe off. The service is OK and the office were nice enough to allow us to switch at a different room.

My kids and I had to stay here for a few months. We were kicked out flat on our butts over a lady wanna be manager that doesn't like kids. Stuck now on the street.

It isn’t the best hotel but it is great for the price. By saying it’s not the best I mean it’s not like a Hilton or something. It’s a great hotel for what you pay. The pool is nice. We had a suite which has a little patio to a lake in the back. This was nice and relaxing.

Boy I used to stay there years ago and it was dumpy but they have redone it all and is a great clean place to stay. Great pool and near to everything.

My husband and I stayed at Royal Inn for 22 days and our stay was great.. The rooms were clean and roomy and the daily room service was excellent. The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the staff couldn't have been any better, especially Humberto.
I really enjoyed the pool and the little tiki bar next door. Location couldn't have been better.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Great price for the size room that you get couldn't believe that it wasn't very expensive due to it being a holiday weekend.

Great value. Much better than I was expecting for the money. Big fridge, microwave, coffee machine. The room was clean and had a large shower. Would certainly stay again.

Perfect place when in town for a concert at Perfect Vodka amphitheater. Price can't be beat, the rooms are clean though a little dated and there is a great little restaurant called Oak Bistro and Wine bar within walking distance. Our room had a fridge and microwave which were very convenient. The late 12pm checkout is nice after a long concert night. As an added bonus there is a Pizza Hut in the same building that comes in handy after a concert.

Our "non-smoking" room smelled distinctly like smoke, especially the bathroom. However, the place was fairly clean and in a convenient location for what we needed. There are food options close, some within walking distance. Found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, but sleeping was strange--couldn't seem to find a good temperature. It was with her too hot or too cold. They allow up to two pets per room, and they provided a dog walking area as well as bags for clean up. That was awesome.
