  The receptionist was very knowledgable and friendly. The room was ok, but needed updating and cleaning (1st floor, 113 I think). I have been at other Res Inns that were much nicer, newer, and cleaner. The morning breakfast was very good and well made. We did not get to use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice.

  Worse place I ever stayed. This is a franchise of Marriott. I stayed here during Hurricane Irma and had the worse experience of my life. They didn't have enough staff to accommodate us. The staff was over worked and complaining. The pullout bed had soiled sheets from the previous guest. The hallways smell like mildew and smoke. The power went out we could only open the windows a few inches and there was no air circulation in the hallways, it was just horrible.

  First day of stay was started with throw up everywhere in the elevator in the morning. Shifty people waiting around in the parking lot in the evening for what seemed like drug deals. Police were out the third day. It's somehow a Marriott. It's somehow a Residence Inn. I definitely won't be coming back.

  Our room is beautiful, very clean. Two bedroom, two bath. Living space, with Tv's in each room. Fireplace in the living space. Full kitchen, fridge, stove, oven, & dishwasher. I'm ready to move in.

  Nice hotel and room. Had a 1 bedroom suite. Had everything I needed for a short term stay. Nice kitchenette is functional and useful. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Friendly staff.

  Close enough to where I needed, home away from home feel and breakfast included. Free wii fi and parking too. Off the main road so not as noisy as could be

  You pay to stay here but can't enjoy an early morning coffee or the stars and the moon at night.
  
  This is absurd..I was just scolded by a man at the front desk who came outside when saw me sitting next to the fire. I was sitting all alone not making a sound, just enjoying the night sky and the fire. He told me to read this sign.
  
  This is OBVIOUSLY not this man's faulthe is following the rules the hotel had set. My gripe is with the hotel Why???? This is the only sitting area you have. I understand the pool thing but the sitting area??
  
  I've been staying here the last few weeks and was planning on making this my little spot for the next few months but that is too much. It's Saturday night folks..and I'm not even making noise all alone out there.
  
  So for all of you that enjoy a beautiful night outside in WPB..don't stay here. Read the Sign. (Signs signs everywhere signs!)
