Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. But the hotel new a little work. My room was missing a piece of at work off the wall and the sink was cracked. Everything else was great.

Nice location, breakfast was okay, did not visit the pool. Rooms are a bit dated and staff needs to be more observant, our room's swing lock was missing a screw and might not hold if someone was trying to break in, not a huge deal since it's in a safe area, but these things should be noticed by the hotel staff and fixed.

I did have an issue with the staff at the location, it was resolved by the manager but took some time, as I had an important package delivered, which I asked if that was okay at check-in and they notated my stay and stated they would communicate to the other other staff. It was signed for by someone at the hotel and when I went to pick it up, the front desk guy and the person that signed for it said it wasn't delivered. After a long call to UPS, in which they reached out to the driver, I had to revisit the front desk and magically it was found. The hotel manager did apologize and was sincere, but there needs to be more communication for items like that.

As I've seen others post, the bathroom needs attention. I had to struggle with the tub plug to get it back in the slot to take a bath, & the faucet was loose! The showerhead was crusted with white stuff, which could be easily cleaned if they would just do it. The plaster around the window/a.c. unit was falling off, as well as at the ceiling. The beds are comfortable for a short stay, but the room has a bit of musty smell, especially when the a.c. kicks on. I did run into a housekeeping staff, but she wouldn't even smile back when I said, "hello." I'll probably look for someplace else if I visit this area again.

All the other one star reviews are spot on. The only reason I stay at this hotel is because I'm here for work and an IHG member. I've stayed at a lot of IHG hotels around the country and this is easily one of the worst ones. Desk chair had a brown stain on it, they don't clean the rooms very well, and the other comments about the staff and management being rude are true. Avoid this hotel until they find some new management.

Our room was clean and service was decent, but this is definitely not the nicest Holiday Inn I've been to. Amenities were at a bare minimum. The pool was small and cold (not heated) and closed at dusk. The shower head in our room really needed to be cleaned or changed due to mineral deposits clogging the holes. It was more of a power washer than a shower. The breakfast options did not change at all over the course of 5 days. Usually Holiday Inn at least changes it up a bit, but not this one.
The nice part was the hotel was very conveniently located right next to the highway.

I made the reservation because of the pool. They neglected to tell me the pool would be under renovation I had my daughter visiting with a newborn and service dog, so an outside area was really important, but there's no sitting areas outside the building. She opened the refrigerator to store some formula, and it smelled like rancid beer. I didn't bother waiting for housekeeping, at this point with a baby and dog, who wants a stranger in the room? I was offered a full discount if I changed hotels. I just drove 3 hrs and didn't have another reservation, I wasn't going to call other hotels from my phone! I asked if the room could be discounted and was told I already had been getting the lowest rate!(AAA). So we'll eat it this time, next time, we know express means drive faster Don't stopOh and I had to wait an hour for batteries just to turn the TV on. I have a 13 year old with me, allll she wanted was a pool.

This place was a dump. Rooms weren't clean, the breakfast was discussing, and the staff was rude. They closed the breakfast as someone was trying to serve themselves and the cleaning lady walked in to the room without knocking first. I would never stay here ever again. It is making me reconsider staying at Holiday inn Express hotels in general.
