Had a great 2 night stay. Very accommodating, clean and peaceful. We had our 2 friendly midsize pups with us, convenient to have a park with a dog park across the street. Happy to find it was a low and slow traffic area as well.

We stayed 5 days at one of the rental houses owned by the Grandview Gardens team. Initially there was a mix up with my reservation where my confirmation while reserving these days had not actually gone through to be accepted. This is also my fault for not checking up on it even though I thought it was strange I didn't get a confirmation number. The owners were very helpful and didn't leave me stranded. So instead of just a room at the b&b, my husband and I were offered the rental home that just happened to be empty for the time we were staying. They waved the fees and we got a much more romantic and private stay. Breakfast wasn't included in the rental home but we have our own private pool and kitchen to make whatever we wanted. We will definitely be back when we stay in Florida again. So close to City Place too!

This place is exceptional! Felt like a spot in the Caribbean or like we were plucked from Florida and entered Spain.
Breakfast was nice with a good amount of variety, tasted great! Staff is also extremely friendly and attentive to detail, any small mishaps are taken care of immediately! The room I stayed in was gorgeous! Well decorated and not small or cramped. Also well stocked.
My husband and I enjoyed champagne and fruit outside on the balcony last night, definitely lots of privacy.
Probably the BEST bed and breakfast around!response / report this review -

Our daughter gave us a two night getaway for our anniversary. Excellent in all categories. Would recommend this B & B to everyone. Everyone was very friendly and they go out of their way to make your stay an experience you will never forget.

I called this bed and breakfast for some information and the the gentlemen that answered was very rude and told me to contact the manager directly and then hung up on me. I called back and he said if it wasn't about a reservation they couldn't help me and hung up on me! Horrible customer service. I will let many people know that this is the way they treat potential guests!

The staff was incredibly friendly, the place is absolutely beautiful! Love how quaint it is! The breakfast was very good as well. Cannot wait to go back!

Magic! Wonderful energy surrounded by beautiful landscaping and class act management! This is a gem and you really should consider this if you like to indulge yourself in beauty and relaxation and style.
I brought my dog- and they accommodated so wonderfully- I extended my One Night stay for a week!! How could I leave paradise?!

Today we leave the Grandview Gardens Bed & Breakfast, located in the Grandview Heights Historic District of West Palm Beach. We really enjoyed our stay in our own private bungalow, the Royal Poinciana. We were a 15 minute walk from an outdoor mall with lots of shops and restaurants, and a 5 minute drive from the beach. You should definitely check them out if you're ever looking for a place to stay in this area!
