Nice Place but Watch Your Bill. My rate changed from when I made the reservation to when I checked in. It took me going to IHG corporate to get this reversed. The GM had zero apathy as well. Luckily, corporate was able to see that I was being wronged and changed my rate back to the original amount that I booked my reservation for. Other than that, the hotel is fairly nice and close to the ocean.

Great location. Great breakfast, and the lady who oversees the breakfast was short nice. We haven't gone wrong with Holiday Inn yet. Would love to go back.

Love IHG motels. This one was okay. It hasn't been upgraded. You can easily walk to the beach, but it is a stretch to say most rooms are Oceanview. The staff were friendly.

I loved it because they had soft beds and they have good customer service and they have great breakfast. They have the best water in the pool. Trust me you will love it. You can walk to the restaurants near by and they give you a list of restaurants.

Walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, fast free wifi. Kinda hard to get to if you get turned around. Pool is nice and warm. Gym is located looking at the pool. The breakfast is amazing, eggs sausage and gravy biscuits fresh cinnamon rolls,fresh fruit, lots of coffee, kureg in room

We stayed in a two bed room and it was great. We came for the Surfers for Autism event and we enjoyed a clean room, tasty breakfast, and the Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch.

I've been there a couple of times, as I have a child in the FAU honor's college. They don't know how to make coffee, and don't understand what a check-in time means. Most recently, I made reservations on the way down, and they put me in a room for a person with disabilities (I'm not disabled) with a TV that didn't work properly and a dead bolt that didn't lock. There were other vacancies, but they decided they needed to put me in a room from which I could hear highway traffic. The receptionist expressed irritation when I didn't wish to give her my cell phone number on checking in. I'll look elsewhere next time.

Staff was very nice. But, the rest of the facility was not up to my expectations. Corner room with ocean view was not ocean view. Well.If you squint and lean over the balcony on your tip toes, you can see the horizon. Nothing around it to do. Beach was okay, but access was down the block and across the street. Bed was okay, room was clean, but, find something better. We had found better options for similar cost, but it was more convenient to our destination. I wish we had driven another couple miles
