Nice rooms, affordable, very clean. Professional and courteous staff
★Rooms are clean but Customer service is poor (i was not impressed). I don't think they get paid enough to care LOL.
★They clean your room after 8 days from the time you checked in. If you want your room cleaned before the 8 days they charge you a $10/day fee.
★Amenities like pans, cups, spatulas, plates can be requested at the front desk.
★Dirty towels can be exchanged for clean ones at the front desk.
OVERALL: Not a bad place to stay. My room was clean so no complaints.
Very nice very friendly staff.. not the same way it was in 2010 where you used to get all the amenities coffee pots pots and pans Etc now you have to put it in special request and a special order and they charge for it but all in all it's good quiet and clean but there is a fire station right across the street so you can hear all the alarms you ever possibly want to hear
Review of Extended Stay America Dallas - Coit Road. Not a good stay!
I didn't expect much and still was disappointed. The worst part was the BED! I think the floor would be more comfortable. If I can't get a good nights sleep, I will somewhere else.
No soap, no washcloths, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no dishes or pans in cabinet, no ice machine. 3 of us in the room and would only give us 1 card key, said they were almost out of cards. The ONLY thing that was acceptable the mattress were comfortable. Would NOT recommend staying here!
Management is rude and unprofessional. I worked arrangements to pay their ridiculous pet fee. Not deposit but fee to stay in this garbage motel. I will be working to ensure that my company never uses extended stay on a nationwide level again. Never have I dealt with such a lack of professionalism.
The location of the extended stay was convenient. Right off of 75 and close to downtown Dallas. Service was great, the lady at the desk was very nice and friendly, made us feel welcome. She stressed no smoking in the room which is fine but when entering the room it was almost immediately clear someone had smoked in the room so I reported it and we were told that we would not be penalized. Sodas from the vending machine were way over priced but all in all it was a good stay.
This is by far the WORST extended stay america in Texas. Do not come here. The rooms are gross, and smelly. They clean it once a week/ per visit if its less then a week. The WORST customer service ever !! The front desk is a joke. The lady that works the night shift (Sabrina) gets upset at you when you come after 11. She was very unhappy we checked in after 11pm, ripped my ID out of my hand like she was robbing me, because my work shift ends at 11pm so I dont get back the hotel until close to midnight, everything we request for she slams on the table, like pots, toilet paper and towels. She also said "i dont like it when people come in late" when i asked why she was being so rude. like you got hired for the night shift to work, not sleep!!! If you value your money and comfort away from home, go somewhere else.
I wish I could rate a negative. I only chose this place because of the location. Front desk service was OK. The lady was very busy but was nice. The room was absolutely horrible and dirty. You could tell this room hadn't been cleaned. There were two remotes because one had fallen behind the nightstand (did someone not take the time to look?) The bed was extremely hard, tub had a very slow drain, toilet was dirty and dusty on top This was the worst experience Just look at the pictures
GREAT STAY AGAIN / CRYSTAL & SHARDAE DO A GREAT JOB AND THE GIRL ON EVENINGS DOES TOO!!! CAN'T THINK OF HER NAME!!! ☺🤗🍎🍏
The location of the extended stay is great. The rooms are nice and the kitchen is just right. We found 2 baby roaches in the bathroom. One of the towels had holes in it. The front desk had one employee working and it was so busy that I had to wait 20 minutes on two separate occasions.
Good place. It was great. Very nice. Excellent rooms. Comfortable beds. Particularly quaint.
