  I got a flat and it was 8:00pm when I pulled up there. The front desk gentleman did not have the tools so he wasn't able to help but Alicia at the front desk was ectreanly helpful. She offered to use her AAA membership to help me change my tire. I was so appreciate. She went far and beyond her job title. I use to work for Marriott and it makes so much sence oh how she helped me.even thought I wasn't a guest. Bless you all💛💛💚💜💙💜

  New hotel, physically it's in very nice shape. Customer service on the other hand
  When logging into the wifi half asleep I selected free and then clicked continue. As I clicked it I realized they had popped up a "are you sure you don't want to upgrade? click continue to buy" even though i had literally just clicked on free. Dumb, but whatever. No way to undo though and I didn't want to pay $4 * 5 nights, so next morning I stopped by the front desk to ask them to cancel it and take it off. I couldn't imagine this bring a problem. Front desk employee got very nasty and said it was my responsibility to read what I'm clicking and they cannot take it off under any circumstance. I was pretty incredulous and pointed out how dishonest this system is and after 10 minutes she finally begrudgingly removed it from my bill. (This was $4 in the context of like a $500 stay) As she took it off she made a point to tell me I would never be able to get this type of thing taken off at any Marriott hotel ever again. Ok, because I'll be staying at a Hilton next time I'm in Plano I guess.

  As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff. Pamela either knew the answers to all our questions or knew how to find out. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was lovely. The pool and hot tub were great, too. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

  Great hotel, shek, modern, comfy. Nice pool that's salt water, and an above average breakfast. Staff is great and weekends aren't busy.

  I live in North Dallas, but once a month I enjoy a staycation. I found that this Springfield Suites location is perfect. The staff if excellent from top to bottom, happy hours is great and the complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Furthermore, the suites are spacious and spotless!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  Great large rooms very well accommodated, great decor, and very clean. Extremely friendly staff. Came here on a week-long business trip and honestly could not ask for more from a hotel. If you are in this area stay here.

  Friendly staff. Clean suites with great finishing and furniture. Breakfast was good as well. The were very helpful and accommodating for my baby as well. As for popcorn at the front desk!

  We have stayed here several times and love it! The hotel is clean, modern, and everyone is helpful. The breakfast options are good, beds are comfy, easy to get to with free parking, and nice amenities. It doesn't smell either like some hotels. All of this has been consistent every time we stay.
