This is where my dad comes and stays when he comes from Oklahoma with his girlfriend and his pets and he said they're very pet friendly everything is very clean very nice and always bring extra towels the great thank you

Decent hotel, definitely dated. Second stay and had another broken elevator. Staff is friendly and breakfast is decent.

From Day One I Received Top-Notch Service. Front Desk To House Keeping Has Been Nothing But Good. Breakfast And Dinner Was Always Pleantiful. The Dinner Host Natalie And The Cooks, Sabrina And The Rest Always Spoke And Greeted My Family. Will Highly Recommend For Business Trips Or Just A Vacay, Homewood Suites Made Me Feel Like It Was Home Sweet Home

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom suites. It was a nice place with a basketball court and outdoor pool. Breakfast wasn't very good though. The eggs were runny.

Came by to see friends. Nice quiet lobby but didn't see much staff (it was close to 2am though). Solid rooms, you can't really go wrong with Homewood from my experience

Very nice rooms, food is good but runs out quickly, and great amenities. There are a few issues with this place:
1.elevators will get stuck multiple times. In my time being here, I've had 3 times that the elevator has stuck on the fourth floor and has not let me out. Additional to my experience with the elevators, my family members each individually have experienced being stuck in the elevator at least once. That's 5+ issues in one week. Doesn't seem very safe.
2.keycards expire too soon and/or without reason, causing us to take the elevator(read above), or walk down 4 flights of stairs to get more keycards just to have them randomly expire on us.
Overall, this place is great. The people are nice, food is good, comfy beds. But, this place has some issues that need to be fixed.response / report this review -

Hotel was great! Swam in the pool and got in the hot tub. Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly, EXCEPT the guy that works nights.
We went to a concert one night and when we got back the front door was off, understandably because it was late. The one instructions on the door were use you card to get in. (But the card machine didn't work.) We were just about to push the doors open when he opened them from the back office cause apparently he had been sitting there watching us on camera trying to use the card machine. He then came out an rudely announced you could have called the machine is broken.
We never saw the phone and there was no sign noting that the machine was broken.response / report this review -

Attentive service, clean and quiet rooms, well-maintained grounds, bountiful free breakfast, and overall an excellent value. I was surprised at the quality and variety of fresh fruit offered at the buffet-style breakfast — bananas, apples, oranges, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, fresh pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and more!
However, the day after I posted their 5-star review for, they double-charged for our stay. I expected the error to have been corrected within a day or two of its occurrence. But we still haven't been refunded the extra charge. It has been 12 days since we contacted them about this issue and it remains unresolved.response / report this review -

Booked the 2 bed 2bath suite 3 weeks in advance to be able to have a girls night with a couple close friends for my birthday, pampering night, drinks, nothing crazy. The morning of, not even 12 hours before they call and say they don't have the room and that either I could cancel or have to deal with multiple rooms. So I had to call corporate to fix the situation and ended up having to have my reservation moved to a different homewood all the way down in Plano. Unimpressed with their professionalism and customer service

This is a great hotel which offers a nice sized room for a great value. The place is clean, quiet and professional. The furniture is a little dinged up in the room but given what you pay, I could have easily gotten a lot smaller room with less amenities for the same price. I easily recommend this hotel if it fits your price point.
