Overall fairly clean. Room was missing light bulb, freshly filled unpainted holes in wall and trim. Has an outdoor pool. Breakfast was great! Right down the road from Walmart and plenty of places to eat!

Within our arrival my family decided to go for a swim, they came right back I asked them why so soon, they stated the water was frozen cold. I noticed several ants on the night stand I called the front office explaining to them what I recover the clerk said I'll send some one up there. I waited and waited finely they called the room and said we are going to move you to another room. We waited another twenty minutes, moved and again discoveres more ants in the bed I called them back telling them about it and the clerk said it's seems to us your not happy so go ahead and pack up your stuff and we will refund your money. I didn't get any kind of customer service, they were so rude. So from here on out they will never get any service from me again.

This hotel is in search of mediocrity. Virtually everything is third class. The hotel needs to be remodeled or at least refurbished. Food and service is unremarkable. Room cleanliness is marginal. Did not freshen our towels or make up room. Had to move from very Smokey room. You get the picture.

On our cross country journey, one would think one of the nicer looking hotels would be one of the better in terms of service. Oh, how wrong we were! We were assigned FIVE different rooms within the first hour after arrival. We needed a room with two beds. We told them that when we arrived. But the first only had one bed. The second had no working TV. The third also only had one bed. The fourth actually had someone already in it. We finally settled into the fifth, but our problems weren't over. The toilet easily clogged in the middle of the night. And the beds had metal bars sticking out from under the box springs just enough to bang your shins on, which we did. When the maintenance manager was told of this, her reply was, "Yeah, I'm aware of them." When asked what would be done about it, she said it wasn't her department. A manager said this! This staff doesn't seem to care about their guests or doing their jobs. Then the cleaning staff tried to rush us out two hours before checkout. This will be the last time we EVER stay at a La Quinta!

Very nice hotel. Beautiful breakfast area with an amazing view. Breakfast was very pleasant. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great fitness area with free weights. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is great and accessible to all you need in Lake Worth. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here on 8/24 and everyone was very helpful and nice. I think the young lady Lanisa (may have name wrong). Was very sweet and offered additional help if needed, very friendly. The room we stayed in was nice and pretty clean. There was a black stain on the ceiling and the bathroom walls were dirty, just need a little attention. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

The hotel is starting to show some age. The carpets in the rooms were a bit dirty looking, and the tub could use a good scrubbing. The beds were comfortable, but we were awoke by the people in the next room talking, so that should give you an idea of how thin the walls are. The staff was noce, and the breakfast had multiple hot items, eggs bacon, waffles. Not a bad place for the price.

Check in was super quick, great location, Everything you could possibly need is just around the corner. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean, good size bathroom.. But the water pressure sucks for the shower, and water never really got hot, just like warm, continental BF.. Was average, not much to choose from. Highly recommend eating at Whataburger.. Just ask for Luke and he, ll take care of you😉

Trash was piled up out side the front door. Entering the redemption area more trash. Bed was uncomfortable and air conditioning would not cool the room. Show was nice and the bathroom was spotless clean which is very important to me.

This place is a joke. First we were given a room that had never been cleaned from the previous guests. The hotel was totally booked so we couldn't get another room. Housekeeping was not there and had to be called in to clean the room, so after waiting awhile in the lobby we decided to leave and went out for the evening. Arriving back around 1am we go to our room and it smells horrible. The smell of mildew was overpowering and there was no tv service. Hoping that maybe they had a cancellation, I called the front desk to be told the same thing, there are no other rooms available and that I could voice my complaints to the manager in the morning. So after a night of barely sleeping,( did I mention the air conditioning barely worked?) I go to check out and speak to the manager. I am greeted by a clerk that has wrapped himself in a mattress cover that informs me that there is no manager on duty and there would not be a manager until the next day. The clerk says he has no authority to help with my grievances. Needless to say we will never go back! I wish we had left when we first walked into that dirty room.

Good location. Close to fun activities and plenty of restaurants. Horrible rooms and staff didn't seem to care. I booked 3 rooms and all three had something wrong with them. The worst of the three was ours and it's because the exhaust fan fell from the ceiling in the bathroom. Luckily it didn't hit anyone but the staff seemed to not care once I told them about the incident. Pool was ok but the "hot" tub was the same temp as the pool.

As soon as we got to our room we showered, the tub held water and took at least 20 minutes to drain. In that room I noticed the shower curtain had smears of color on it, the bottom outside of the sink was dirty. The front desk however did move us to another room. Which had this stinky musky smell as soon as you walk in, and the sink in THAT room did not drain. This place tries to look fancy and new but the details if you look tell a different story. They do have a decent breakfast with good hours, I liked that. The lady kept the food hot and stocked up right until time breakfast ends. Seems like maintenance just needs to step it up.

First night, TV remote not working; replaced, but no audio on TV. Fixed the next day. Half of bedside outlets tied to entryway light switch, so don't work for phone chargers overnight. Magnet missing on closet door, so it stood open & in the way of bathroom door. Repaired two days after check-in. Got one bar of soap, one bottle each of shampoo & lotion our entire stay of 5 days. Do Not Disturb placard disappeared second day & was never replaced. Bed not made after first night, just straightened slightly after second night, not completely tucked in.

Day desk clerk NEVER at desk. Went outside to talk to some ?guests? (actually seem to be permanent residents), & to talk on her cell phone. Missed one incoming call that rang for at least 5 minutes, came in in time to answer second call after 5 rings, but sighed heavily when she did, as if it were interrupting her busy social life outside.

We have stayed here several times, but may look elsewhere from now on, as service has gone down the drain.
