Very friendly responsive staff. Fantastic amenities, including fridge, microwave, pool, hot tub, early (6am) breakfast, convenience items, free parking, business center, wifi, and complimentary movie in-room. Clean, large, comfortable room with sofa and desk. Easy access to I-90 within a few minutes. Especially for a relatively low price, a very good stay. Will absolutely come back if I'm in the area again.

I was happy overall with my experience at the Doubletree hotel in Westlake. I was on the fifth floor and stayed for one night. The indoor pool was gorgeous and really great for the kids. My only complaint would have to be the fact that they chose 8am to change their water heater. I was in the shower when they cut off the water, I had to rinse off in the sink with freezing cold water. The room itself was good, but having to shave and finish rinsing my soapy hair and body with water from the sink was very unpleasant.

The food is great here the beds and rooms are well kept and comfortable. The shower is out of this world. Also there's a hot tub and pool so that's a plus. I came here the night before I enlisted in the army and i don't have a single bad thing to say about it

Stayed here 3 nights. Everything was great until we went to check out. The charge for the room was more than our reservation. $70 more. Originally we were going to buy our reservation on price line. When we called the hotel we were told to just book directly with the hotel and they will match the priceline price. That never happened. And the charges were now $70 more than what was on our reservation from the hotel. When asking about why this happened the GM was notified, he was very rude and unprofessional and pretty much said nothing he can do and walked away. We spoke to the young lady there and after another 15 to 20 minutes another manager came to help. She was equally as rude. And after wanting to see proof of our reservation, which we did have on email. She Made the price adjustment but made us feel like we were wrong. All we wanted was what their reservation price was. Extremely rude and unprofessional management and honestly they were racist!!! Will never stay at this property again.

The location of this hotel is convenient if you're in the area for business. There is a sidewalk that leads down the various roads from the hotel. The hotel itself is nice with friendly staff. The restaurant is decent with a bar and plenty of seating. Prices at the restaurant vary, but I felt some we're reasonable compared to regular non-hotel restaurants. The food itself is pretty tasty. The room was clean and comfortable, and having an interior view room is different than your usual exterior facing rooms. The look down into the common/pool area is a change of scenery.

The double tree that I visited in Cleveland was very good. I have nothing to complain about. It was an overall great experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Waited several hours after check-in for our rooms to be ready. Had to be moved from our original rooms. Rooms were very dark, even with all the lights on. The pool is the main feature and it shows; the rooms and the hallways were extremely hot, humid, and smelled of chlorine. The AC wasn't working in several rooms (when we went to the front desk to inform them, at least 3 other guests were there with the same issue). The front desk staff tried to be helpful but could only do so much. I have no intention of returning to this hotel ever again.

Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The place was clean. Did not like the pillows (personal preference though) as they were too squishy. Pet friendly and didn't hear a single one (except our own cat).
The pool - which should have been a huge plus and a reason why we decided on the hotel - was a huge disappointment. It was too cold. The hot tub was at a comfortable temperature - like a nice warm bath - but the pool was frigid.response / report this review -

Nice rooms, quaint feeling spot. Everything was pretty clean. We had out company meeting here and the meeting rooms were nice. Internet was spotty throughout the hotel so there is some room for improvement. Bar and restaurant are nice but service was a little slow

Newly renovated from being a holiday inn. Good pool, hot tub area. Great bar/restaurant. Hosts many large functions/group banquets, check ahead before booking if you want to have more privacy. If your looking to have a larger event (weddings or office parties) banquet rooms and staff are a++.

We had a day long company off site meeting. The event was well organized and meeting room was clean. We met in the Club Room. We needed a VGA cable and the staff was very accommodating.
