My family and I stayed here as an alternative to staying in NYC for Christmas 2017. All the staff we interacted with were awesome. They gave us detailed directions how to get into the city, depending upon where we were going.

The NJ Transit bus is right on the corner and it was 4.50 and 2.05 (adult 13+) and kids. Try to have exact change for the driver by the way.

The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, and the bedroom and bathroom decor were slightly above average.

The staff is what made our stay as newbies in NYC. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay here, the food was good in the mornings and the rooms where worth the money. We didn't have any problems here. The staff where great and very helpful. Go and have a great time!

Great hotel. Friendly staff, welcoming bar lounge area. Breakfast is good. Deli across the street is great also. Rooms are clean and spacious..

We stayed there and attended a football game at Meadowlands. The staff was helpful. They got us a driver that took us and picked us up from the game. The all you can eat breakfast was included in our price and sufficed for both breakfast and lunch. The bus stop outside was the last stop for the express to times square, so the location was extremely convenient.

We stayed at this hotel when we went to Medieval Times. While the front desk staff was very nice, the “bartender” was an older gentleman who was not able to make a variety of drinks; when we asked about a simple frozen drink he was rude he said no he can’t make anything frozen (even though there was a blender right behind him) and then he walked away from us. Pool was stained and dirty but they did have a cute outdoor sitting area. The small store downstairs sold great snack items but most needed to be cooked in a microwave which was not available in our dated room. Overall, most of the staff were nice, but besides the lobby most of the building is outdated and not up to Marriott standards. Disappointing.

An average hotel for the Marriott chain. Room was nice, average size. Nice bathroom! Our bed was a bit soft, but we prefer a firm mattress. Restaurant prices were very reasonable. Free parking was nice, staff was pleasant and helpful.

Easy and quick check inmodern and clean rooms with a comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. Only gripe if its even that is the parking situation Just a little bit of a walk, but safe area so no biggie

Fabulous hotel with excellent customer service. We got in at 3 am, exhausted, only to find a line of ten people waiting also to be checked in at the crack of dawn. Although everyone was over tired and agitated, the front desk, Andrew, maintained his cool and assessed every single person with equal and outstanding customer service. When the non English speaking patrons in front of me had an issue with credit cards, he took the time to give them all the options they had, and explained them with utmost courtesy. Andrew kept his cool and was truly a beacon of excellent customer service.

I was only there briefly to pick someone up however, I did go up to the room. The room was very nice and appeared very clean despite someone having spent the weekend there. The mattress on the bed looked first class, very plumb and comfortable. The staff thst we passed were very professional looking, friendly and approachable. Everything from the lobby, the downstairs ladies room, the elevator and halls were very clean with a neutral odor. Unfortunately, all the areas I just mentioned were uncomfortably warm and humid. The temperatures in this are/were in the lower 90s and I tend to be less tolerant to hot & humid weather, meaning that my opinion regarding that is very subjective and many other people would have been fine with those conditions. I'm not sure if the temperature in the room itself was set to someone else's comfort level or at the coolest level available, but as long as I would have been able to adjust the temperature in the room to accommodate my preference that opinion would/could be a non-issue. The one thing I did find to be very problematic was in regards to the lady's room in the lobby. I am disabled and use a cane so I find it necessary to use a handicapped stall. All the handicap required items were adequately placed, however, the toilet was so low to the floor that when I finally sat down my knees were actually higher than my thighd making it very, very distressing as I need to use my upper body to raise or lower myself. Granted, there was the required rail to hold onto but moving down to and up from that position for someone with a severe lower back injury requires the strength in both left and right side upper body muscles and there was only the right side rail available. All that being said, in my opinion, considering the somewhat major complaint and the other few minor ones, I would stay there and recommend it to others.

Rooms are okay, but customer service was exceptional. Hotel was very busy with a school trip, but front desk took special care that we weren't inconvenienced. Free breakfast, priority check in. Would come again.

We have been staying here for 33 years and were amazed with the accommodations. The staff could not have been any nicer and professionalism. They ensured yet another great conference and went above and beyond in meeting our needs. Highly recommend for your next event and/or vacation! Thank you
