I went here for a hotel party had a lot of fun, however this place is not very clean it's extremely outdated and I probably would not stay there.

Front desk people were very nice and friendly, but the rooms were just plain filthy, dirty sheets, spider webs all over, dust an inch thick on everything, dirty towels left in bathroom, from previous people, that was so dry and dirty it was brown, shower didn't work, bed was broke at one end! Very unsanitary😝

Arrived early expecting to be able to check in, nope Finally get checked in after a 4 hour wait, get to the room and see that it hadn't been cleaned, the sheets don't fit the bed and the sink is clogged Go to the front desk and complain, they send housekeeping and maintenance to resolve, issue gets resolved but the housekeeper removes personal pillows that we had brought from home, one of which cost more than the cost of the room Again go to the front desk to complain, they get the pillows back Following morning wake up to a cock roach crawling on the pillow When checking out, inform the front desk, expecting some kind of recompensation for the trouble and the bugs, and get nothing but an apology I do NOT recommend staying here Staff was friendly, but stupid

Arrived in the morning and expected to be able to check in, waited 4 hours Get checked in, and the room was still dirty, sheets didn't fit the bed and the bathroom sink was clogged Complain to front desk, they send housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues, and the housekeeper takes our personal pillows from the room, one of which cost more than the cost of the room itself Have to go all the way back to the front desk to find out wtf is going on, why did they take our pillows They get them back from wherever they were put Wake up to a roach crawling on the bed While checking out, mentioned it to the front desk and expect them to either freak out or something, but at least comp the room or something and get nothing but an apology I do NOT recommend staying here after this experience Save some money and find a motel 6 or something At least there you won't get roaches

This was an awful hotel. We stayed in room 145 and the sheets were dirty. The pillows had stains on them. The entire window was covered in thick cobwebs. We found 3 huge spiders (one which was on the side of the bed). The bathtub had cracks and stains everywhere and the shower head was rusted. The only nice thing I have to say about this place is the staff. They were very friendly. We also were unsure if this room had ever been cleaned there was dust and dirt everywhere. The toilet seat was dirty when we walked in. I do not recommend!

Sarah, the night clerk, was very attentive to our needs. She greeted us as we walked in every time, was knowledgeable about the rooms, and made our guest experience the best it could have been. Sarah ensured Clarion Waterfront will be our hotel choice for years to come! Exceptional customer service, like Sarah provided, is difficult to find these days. Thank you for making our trip memorable!
