Nice area of town to get to and from airport. Nicer than the hotels surrounding the old airport. Most all services.

Nice and clean. Nice staff too. But seriously Why are we here? To sleep. And that did NOT go so well. Between the noise from the heater (which we had turned down to 67, and still had covers off and on all night, as we roasted when it came on) and the noise from the other room's showers and the hall - there is a huge gap under the door! - there wasn't much sleep to be had. The ivin on the cake though were pillows that look nice and fluffy, but are all air. As soon as you lay down on them, they go totally flat! So waking up, my neck, shoulders and back are stiff and I have a headache.

Breakfast was good for one this type. That was a pleasant surprise!

Not our best Hampton Inn experience overall though. 🙁 We have to go have pictures done today with our grandkids. Puffy eyes aren't going to look very good.

Nice hotel, clean. The bed was super comfy. Housekeeping did an amazing job. The WiFi was the worst part you had to sign up for an honors program and for better Internet you had to pay $5 a day. To make the WiFi situation worse you had to log back in everyday basically an annoying inconvenience. Breakfast was good, great selection and it stayed stocked. The complimentary coffee is available all day and is actually good. Staff wasn't in your face friendly but pleasant and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of a few restaurants and a quick drive to shopping and multiple gas stations. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Indiana again.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Indianapolis has been outstanding. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The free breakfast is wonderful and very diverse. The hotel is very clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay. We are very glad we stayed at the Hampton Inn.

Beds were hard. Have stayed at other Hampton locations where beds were very soft. Location has good selection of food options nearby..

Nice location since the downtown Hampton was full. Still close to a lot of restaurants and only about 15 minutes from downtown. Friendly staff during a very busy event week. Room layout was a little unusual. Small closet and the window shade was just a shade, no curtains to let light in without leaving it wide open. Besides that no major complaints!

We booked a Accessible room 3 weeks ago because my mother is in a wheelchair. At check-in they did not give us an Accessible room. The front desk told us they thought it was for hearing yet there was not anything in the room for a person with hearing problems. The front desk told us they did not have any other rooms that could accommodate my mom's needs. I asked her to check the other Hampton Inn in the area and she said she couldn't do that but she said she could give us their phone numbers for us to call them. I ALWAYS make a point to stay at the Hampton Inn franchise but after today I won't even think twice. I pay the extra for a better place to stay. This was a huge inconvenience for me and my mom. Every time in the night when she needed to use the restroom I had to also get up to help her. Hampton Inn, you owe me big time!

The room was nice, clean and good amenities like a bedside charging port and nice bedding. The front desk staff were excellent, responsive to all requests. The complimentary breakfast spread was good as well.

Paid extra for a room with a pull out bed in addition to a king size. The pull out you can't even sit on much less sleep. Nothing but springs. Supposed to be a smoke free location. Walked up to a guy smoking right in front of the no smoking sign. Turned out to be an employee. He tried to tell us oh it's just inside that's no smoking. The sign says Indiana state law not within 8 feet. And the sign inside says this is a smoke free location. And we were told on the phone the hotel offered a shuttle service. We get here and the guy says they've never had shuttle.

We live in NY and visit our Grandkids in Indianapolis every two months. The Hampton is a home away from home. The associates are warm and friendly. The Grandkids love the pool in the winter. The breakfast provided makes for a leisurely morning.
The rooms are comfortable and the housekeeping crew does a nice job. The sitting area in the lobby is is useful if you are with a group. The location is convenient to downtown attractions, the airport and major highways. Enjoy.

Good no frills hotel. Lots of lobby space for hanging out with a group. A good number of chain/fast food restaurants within walking distance. Good experience overall.

This was a very nice, clean, friendly hotel to stay at. The pool was nice, the breakfast was good. I only wish the rooms with two beds were queen size and not doubles. I asking witty my husband and two pre-teen daughters, stayed overnight to visit with family for Easterthe beds were very crowded! Lol other than that everything was great. Would stay there again!

"Deluxe" king suite are super tiny. Sofa bed was extremely loud and unbearably uncomfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Runny eggs. Undercooked sausage. Super hard bagels. It was just terrible. Not worth the $100+ we paid for a suite for one night. Definitely will not stay again.

Good for a night's sleep. I was in town for a conference & was only in the hotel to sleep & shower. The room was well put together & even had a personal note from the cleaning staff which was a nice touch.
