Attended a birthday party with my child. The service was good, the location was clean, and the pool and hot tub were running and enjoyable.

I do a lot of overnight travel work, this trip was for fun and for a group of people and a block of rooms. Chose this for proximity to Foxwoods and that they had shuttle service to and from. Working to secure the block was challenging to say the least . Only one person can handle groups, and the phone tag was rough- over two months rough. The shuttle needs to be reserved in advance apparently, no one tells you that until you try and take the last one back and find out no room im the 15 passenger van and that they won't make a second run. Rooms were a bit dated as well. Thank goodness for the two users working late that night.

The hotel was located directly off the highway and easy to get to. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel has a pool as well which was a decent size. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall a good stay

The people are always so lovely, clean comfortable beds & the nice ladies at the front desk will do anything to help. Beautiful hot tub and pool also. Every morning from 6-10 they have an amazing spread of an awesome breakfast. Anything you could want.

The staff here are wonderful. We purchased a pool pass to utilize the swimming pool. The price was fair and the pool is clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and inviting. The beds are comfortable. I would recommend a stay here. They have a great shuttle to the casino as well. Will stay again.

My husband and I are moving to a new state (yay Military moves!) And needed a place to rest and relax for two nights. This place took my breath away. Not only are the room spacious and clean, the staff is so sweet, they have an indoor pool/jacuzzi, and they accepted our cats!!! I will definitely stay with this chain again.

The AmericInn lodge & suites has made our PCS move to VA so much easier and relaxing. They were the only hotel to accept our cats! We also truly enjoyed the level of professionalism from the front desk staff. We have never felt so welcome. The Room, bed, breakfast, and the heated pool we're all amazing!!! I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Ever since I was born this has been my hotel, In fact I've been here 172+ times. My Grandparents who lived in griswold for 63 years. Mother was born and raised in this amazing town. Ever since they passed away, I've stopped coming. I've been coming here at least twice a month ever since I was 6 months. Best hotel ever. Beautiful rooms, clean, Fancy, and all for a low price! Pool and Hot tub is AMAZING! Staff is very nice. So basically I've lived here from 2004- (when it was built) - now 2017) Great Hotel! TOTALLY Recommend!

Went to a pool party here. I was very impressed when we walked in. It was very posh looking. The conference room we were in was nice, and the pool was very clean.

I went there to have a good time with my family even though I live 10 minutes away.We wanted are 3 children to enjoy the pool for the first time,we have twins , we got there the rooms are normal we got a 2 room suit it was small,but we went to go check out the pool there where tons of kids and we asked what was going on they said they do swimming lessons there every day from 8am until 730pm. We where not happy !!!they never told us that on the phone we have little ones,we couldn't have crazy Ness around us,then the women behind the desk was rude and talked on her personal phone About other people that where staying there. So we left we where only there for maybe 1 hour .we are working on getting refunded. Tanya from CT.
