Marcel, Angel and Craig not only took my car in from the tow truck, they fixed it and had it detailed to the point that it looks brand new! Not bad for a 2004 325i! I could hardly believe it was the same poor thing that was hauled in, not running and very dirty from dogs, horses and dirt roads. Thank you to the most wonderful car shop in the world!

I took my 2012 BMW 5 series in to be serviced. There was a issue with a oil gauge valve leak. They quoted a price of $1300 when I returned to get my vehicle the price had changed. When I complained the response was oh well a part broke while we were fixing it so we charged you for the broken part. Not five minutes after leaving the shop did my car start making a awful noise. I called immediately and expressed my concerns. Marcel who seem helpful called me the next day to bring the car in after sending him video of my car. I took it back in to have the noise fixed and after leaving the second time another alert light came on. One good thing Marcel refunded me the extra cost from the broken part. However the second alert I got to have fixed would cancel out what he refunded. Mind you NONE of this was happening before taking my car to Eurowise.
About a week after the repair my car seemed to just not be driving the same and was rough and noisy I called and left a message NO ONE returned my call. Here we are about 3 weeks after the repair and my Check engine light is on hmmmmmm I wonder why???? I believe they caused damage to my car and over charged me for repairs I should have just gone to the dealership. I also don’t believe they will warranty their $1300 work.let’s see! I would check around for prices, they are almost 5 times more expensive then taking it to Hendrick Porsche, I was expecting a similar price and not having to deal with the dealership. I'm sure they do great work, but at a factor of 5 I'd be doubtful.

I recently got my BMW 2009 5 series car serviced. Mainly to replace Fuel injectors, spark plugs and carbon cleaning etc. They did really well and that too within time frame as agreed. I recommend this place rather than going to dealership and price at this location, you wont get it anywhere!! Great work by team!

Update: Today I was repaired in just hours and back on the road! Kudos to Mike Ngo, Angel, Alex, and the whole crew. I wouldn't take my German car anywhere else in the Carolinas. Fast, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Forget the dealer. Just take your car to Eurowise. My original review from 2010 is still relevant: I have always taken my Audi to Eurowise since moving to Charlotte, and have always been happy. Great for regular maintenance, diagnostic, performance, and everything else your auto needs. Highly recommended.

I don’t even know where to start: customer service, professionalism or the quality of products. All are top notch and have exceeded my expectations! I brought in my Audi for service and naturally being a girl had a few “silly” questions. The owner, Mike, helped me and I also spoke to Alex. Both were beyond professional and answered all the questions I had. They told me my car would be in good hands and done in no time. Sure enough - they were right. They fixed the issue I had with my vehicle, that no one other shop has been able to fix for many months. Thank you Eurowise, I’m a customer for life.

Seems like alright people.. Just not very commited.. Brought my 01 s4 in originally for a boost leak issue. Which they think they fixed And they did fix the spooling until car heats up then it lags, & starts loosing boost again. They did good work on my motor mounts.. So once I picked car up drove it to my house I noticed it started loosing power again so 25 minutes from scooping it up from shop i brought it back in They looked it over again then I drove with their mechanic next day car ran fine till it so I took it home for weekend.. Still same issue. I ended up taking video and came back to show them.. They did end up telling me car was touched by too many hands (Like its my fault) and its not really something they feel they want to do I would think twice if i was doing major work there.

I dropped my car off after hours. I had taken apart all the interior trim around the shifter to be able to get the manual shifter to temporarily work again. These guys not only fixed my shifter bushing issue, but also put together all the interior pieces that I had taken apart. It wasn't something they had to do but they did it anyway. Top notch service.

Had an air leak in my suspension I could not find and it had me stumped. Explained the problem to Alex and he said they'd take care of it. They found the leak, replaced the part and had me back on the road in no time! No other shop in Charlotte would touch it and had no clue what to do with a custom air ride suspension. I'm glad I found these guys and now know I have a shop to turn to for all my custom suspension needs!

A+ experience every time I use this shop. Their work is top notch, and what most shops lack is customer service, but not Eurowise, they're fantastic. My contact, also named Alex has been outstanding in every aspect and is extremely responsive to all of my questions/requests. Couldn't be happier with Eurowise.

Eurowise is an amazing company. Not only are they VERY helpful and appreciative of their customers, but they go the extra mile to make sure everything is right and that you are satisfied! That today is very rare! Their fabrication team is amazing, and Mike is incredible. Thank you again for everything you do for the community.

These guys have been servicing my VWs since 2009. Recently went in for a performance interest and Alex at the Performance Shop was super attentive and helpful. Knowledgeable, great service, but most of all you can tell the guys love what they do and the company they work for. Mike, Alex, and the rest of the guys at Eurowise have built an amazing culture around the cars we all lovethanks for doing what you do guys!!
