the girl who answered the phone was incredibly short and borderline rude, I could barely make out what she was saying, and they didn't have anything available for over a week. you had one chance.

DON'T USE THIS SHOP!!!! The manager is rude and nasty person. He was supposed to call to let me know what time he will arrive to replace my windshield. At the end, the called me 30 mins before arriving and he just told me to be there. He didn't call me with time so I can arrange things at work. What kind of manager inform to their customers 30 mins before arriving? Why he didn't call in the morning to let me know?

The good thing is that I found another shop and the price was cheaper and the customer service was great. The shop name is CHARLOTTE AUTOGLASS.

AGAIN DONT USE THIS SHOP IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE A BAD DAY

These guys are the best! After I called them Saturday evening, they were out at work fixing my back window Monday morning. Took about 45 minutes to complete and they were super easy to work with!

They were the best option, price wise. I had gotten other quotes in the $550 to $650 range, and they came in slightly under that which was awesome.

Highly recommend these guys!

I called them after shopping around for windshield repair services for a crack that was about 8 inches long. Some people recommended a repair, others a full replacement. I didn't want to replace a factory windshield that was less than 2 years old.I was able to get an appointment scheduled for about an hour after I called.They showed up at my office and was very courteous. They answered any questions I had for him regarding the procedure and the techniques he uses.They also provides a lifetime warranty for any repairs that he performs.
