It was empty!!! Compleatly!!! Rooms were clean, swimming pool is right on the beach, with outside bar. But they had only 10 rooms booked. Do not know why! We had to stay there just 1 night but our stay was good.

Easy check in. Staff is very nice. Parking good. Breakfast was a bit lacking but basic. However the view is what u came for and all rooms have a nice view. Pool and Jacuzzi on the beach, stove, refrigerator & flat screen TV in the room & we're good to go. So for the $$. Its a good deal. Enjoy a budget friendly hotel.

This hotel is awesome! We had a bad experience with another hotel, booked this one, were able to get in the next day, and check in 2 hours early. The room is clean and spacious, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the balcony view is INCREDIBLE! Direct access to the private beach. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The breakfast is cold (cereal, pop tarts, etc) but that’s not a huge issue for us. We would highly recommend it!

Pretty clean room facing road. The windows definitely need washed on the outside. Looked super foggy out, but was just dirty windows. Even when our room was placed in between 2 elevators we didn't hear them as much as I thought we would. Asked for an upgrade since we were put in a king bed and our son was with us it was gonna cost us extra so he ended up sleeping with us. Supposed to be heated pool like advertised, but pool was definitely not heated. Hot tub was heated, but my son was scared of that so ended up not swimming. Nice lit fires. The shampoo and soap weren't very good and toilet paper was rough like paper, but if your not gonna be in the room for long its fine.

    We just got here!
Nice parking area, clean, and my view is a magnificent manifestation of the universe. Can't wait to get my sunrise pics in the morning. Before we get here, we drive around and saw a variety of restaurant and bars.
Breakfast by the beach is what we're looking forward to.

We got this hotel online after hurricane Irma hit . We lost power for a week and lost all of our food . You would think the hotel would look out for people in Daytona beach who been affected by this storm . (Like I said no power no nothing ) But no we paid 80 dollars a night.. room was nice and clean. Found a roach or so in the room but hey no problem . Like I said just happy to get ac . But we went to the and found someone else was paying 50 something a night for practically the same room . But even then we didn't complain . We was just happy to have a good night sleep . Few days go by and we believed we was suppose to leave sat morning. So I packed my bags to leave and on the way a employee stopped me because he knew our problems and offered another night for 50 and some change . I said yes but when he look on the computer he told me we were paid up until Sunday I asked how and he said someone paid cash so I called my gf and asked her and she wasn't sure either so I asked him to double check and he did and said we were good so I said cool . That same afternoon while I am at work I get a call saying the hotel charged my card 80 dollars and I said why they said because my stuff was still in the room ( just swimming trunks and food ) and said they had to charge me and I told them that their employee said we were paid up until Sunday and she called me a liar And I asked can I at least get the deal the guy offered me and she said no and that was best they could do . I asked for a refund and was denied even though I was told something entirely different from the employee . Point is I got hustled for 80! And that's what I think this place is ! Just a hustle . Will never recommend this place .

Great time staying here! The beds and pillows are so comfy! I have never slept better in a hotel! Loved the direct access to the beach. The room and bathroom are bigger than average. There was a table/chairs, microwave, and a mini fridge in ours, which was nice for our week long stay. Balconies are very spacious and private too. Free parking, wifi, and breakfast snacks. Staff is very helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Great experience, clean and nice room. The outside amenities where nice very clean. Bartender was awesome! She was very friendly and informative. The front desk staff didn't even talk to us for the first 5 min while we were standing there waiting to check in, only downfall.

This was most likely the worst place I've ever stayed in. It claims on the front marquee "the cleanest rooms" but that was far from the truth. The ceiling looked like it had water damage and mold present. There was mildew by the tub. It smelled like smoke and fixtures were falling apart. The air conditioner had so much dust, it's no wonder we woke up with stuffy noses. The furniture was dirty and stained. I told the front desk woman about the issues and she shrugged her shoulders and gave me the business card with a general email address to the manger. I emailed the manger, with pictures included and still have yet to hear back from anyone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The pictures don't do the horror of it justice.

If they had coffee during the day and some 1/2&1/2 instead of powder non-dairy creamer it would be perfect with all kidding aside this hotel is a very nice one the rooms are nice and big the pool isn't cold but cool and that made ideal the hot tub was nice also. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room were very nice. The only thing that I wasn't pleased with is the fact that they won't let you smoke on the balcony outside your room, but for the cost of our stay over the weekend for that matter was a shock to my back account I didn't think they understood I wanted two nights for the price I paid I thought I only paid for one but the amount was correct so from now on I found a inexpensive nice hotel to stay in while I'm in Daytona from now on

It is advertised as the cleanest hotel on Daytona beach and that is not true. There are dead bugs on the walls, the fridge and in the pictures on the walls. There are splatters of dried red and yellow liquid on the walls, the floor has dried food and dirt on them. Also it is very loud. Doors slamming, loud mechanical whines, and it says non smoking rooms however someone was smoking disgusting cigars which the smell drifts into the room. Lastly the cable went out for hours. Safe to say we will never stay there again..

Absolutely LOVE this hotel! It's great for last minute booking. I had the worst experience with The Beach House Inn. We canceled our booking with them and came here to Emerald Shores. Right when we walk in Monty was so friendly and we told her our horrible experience. She was so helpful and kind. She even put us on a high floor with a view!!! She is the absolute best!!!

I love this hotel. Everyone is so nice and happy to see us like being at home. Located in Daytona Shores just far enough from the sites that it's quite and family friendly, yet close enough to all the sites Daytona Beach has to offer. Love the pool and hot tub outside by moon light is romantic, and the sunrise is beautiful and breath taking different every morning.
Me family and I will be back again. Thanks to Karen and Casey for making our stay a great one.
