Ok so the first room they put me in was just miserably gross, roaches everywhere. The smell alone was bad. And when I went to the front office to ask her if there were supposed to be that many bugs in the room, she giggled and said here I can put you in a cleaner room. So now I'm supposed to be in a cleaner room which by the way was not cleaner but on a positive note there were less roaches. So I spent my first night cleaning and putting down roach and bug traps room looked amazing when I was done which made my stay better. And so far haven't seen any roaches since I cleaned and burned the sheet they had on the bed. All in all not to bad but I deffinetly would not recommend this place at all..Very very much a crack house. The managers should be ashamed..

0 stars! I booked a room with Suburban Extended Stay through Choice Hotels and gave credit card info., and when I arrived the the Latino running the front desk told me there were no rooms available, even though my husband and I had a confirmation number. We were treated rudely, did not get a room bc they said they didn't have one, and charged my credit card anyways. Then when I tried to dispute the charges, they claimed I did check in and won't give me my money back! Thieves and crackheads here, don't waste your time!

Roaches roaches roaches. Sign was posted about pest control Pest control never came to my room. There is one girl in the front who is horrid. Laughed at me for having a seizure while they were taking me out of my room. I have epilepsy, its not funny at all. She needs to be fired but im sure shes having sex with the owner.

Room was disgusting, was infested with cockroaches dead, alive, and babys that you wouldn't notice until further examination. Service was terrible closed at 11 couldn't even figure out a solution to the roach issue. Room smelled musty all around terrible experience will never stay in this chain of hotel ever again. 1 star is to much for this place needs to be shut down.

I had just called to check prices the lady who answered the phone was very rude. I had asked if pets were allowed she said no. I had asked if service animals were allowed n she had said nope they are not. Seriously refusing a person with a service animal, can face a fine am I correct? I know refusing a service animal could lead into trouble.

This establishment should be reported to the health inspectors. After paying over $250 for a 3 day stay, we discovered that our room was infested with roaches. After we discussed this dilemma with concierge, he responded that "you should have known within the first 16 minutes that there were roaches." Professionalism is at an all-time low and I am extremely disgusted with this "so-called" hotel.

Rooms are decent. Service is horrible. Front desk staff lack any form of customer service skills or professionalism. The housekeeping staff is ok not well trained though. First floor rooms have roaches, had to move floors and have not seen any more yet

This place really has cleaned up. All new rooms with furniture, flooring and beds. I would recommend it to anyone. Don't let the previous condition or reviews keep you from enjoying this hotel in Casselberry. God Bless

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I stayed the night with my husband and 2 children. When we first walked in the room our thoughts were 'it could be cleaner' but we decided to deal with it. After I fed my youngest son his bottle, I laid him in the bed and then when I grabbed his bottle to wash it out I was disgusted that there was a cockroach on his bottle. My husband told me to keep my eyes open for them. That ended up being all I could do. I didn't get any sleep and ended up killing more than 10 roaches that night. I was so disgusted and while checking out talked to other guests that actually recorded the roaches in there room. This place needs to be shut down. And the worst part was we booked thru Expedia so we were told we couldn't even get our money back.
