It has dirty sheets and rooms and towels moldy breakfast but it's quiet at night besides the stench of people smoking like the painters

This hotel is amazing. Rooms are very clean and house keeping is outstanding. Anything we needed we got at any time we needed it. Staff is super friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stay here at least twice a year every year and have for. goodness 8-10 years! Not one complaint to be givin. Brenda, Maria, Major, and the gang are the best on Daytona beach! Every stay everyone has went above and beyond to make sure everything is just right! Great prices, great rooms, great views, plenty of pools, grass and grills! Basketball for the kids! It's just fabulous. Grocery store, liquor store, and dollar store all in walking distance across the street!

Location, location, location! The pros: The views from the bedroom balcony are AMAZING! The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are clean. The continental breakfast is plentiful even if it is prepackaged. The cons: the towels although plentiful, they are not absorbent​. The furniture and decor are dated. When we were there last week, the hotel was under renovation.

Amazing! Every detail about this place was incredible.The guy at the counter was so nice and even let us check in early. We loved that they had complimentary sea shells at the desk. The free breakfast was great. The guy monitoring it made sure everything was orderly and stocked up. It was so clean and even the bagels were individually wrapped. We tried both pools areas, which were both clean with plenty of chairs and tables. Access to the beach was great. It's located directly across the street from a good restaurant(best burgers) and a liquor store so we could get some wine and sit out on our oceanfront balcolny and enjoy ourselves. I think every room was ocean view with balconies. They provided you with more bath towels and toiletries than you would need in a week and the soap smelled so tropical. Everything about this place was welcoming and clean and friendly. I can not wait to go back. It was the most relaxing, peaceful place I've ever been to.

The staff at this location is amazing. Our family was displaced by the recent hurricane. They went above and beyond to quickly get a room ready for us. The rooms are clean, maybe need a little updating, but clean. There are cooking supplies (pots, pans, plates, bowls) available in the kitchen. Very spacious. I have to say I was a little worried when we pulled up and saw the outside of the building, please do not judge this place by its cover. The room was big enough to house our family of six without feeling we were on top of each other. The pool areas were clean and well kept and we were right on the beach. For the price, I am not sure this can be beat.

Stayed her twice now both times was great. The staff are welcoming and are amazing people. Beautiful view and plenty of picnic area the court yard is so peaceful. Would recommend this resort to everyone. I know I wont be staying anywhere else when im come to Daytona. Thanks El Caribe for such an amazing vacation for my family

We have been to so many hotels on the so many beaches. but this place will always be our favorite. The mini suites are a perfect size and the large suites that sleep 16 is perfect for large parties and gatherings. Thanks again Robin for a great weekend. You always help us out!!!

It's was awesome!!! Very nice staff comfortable rooms and very confident to the beach. Just needs a little touch up of cosmetic stuff but otherwise great family place to stay and convienant to stores around area.

Amazed to wake to the sunrise shining on the Atlantic ocean. The resort is right on the beach so skip breakfast and walk to the surf. Feel the waves around your feet and gaze at the 180° of shoreline. Achieved a good clearing focus. Much needed after the city grid of tall buildings, busy roadways, and people. Was a pleasant surprise to see the blooming aloe plants around the palms walking around the grounds. Just a short drive to North Beach across the bridge or a few restaurants near by for some food. Grocery store right across the street for good hummus and blueberries. Room was attended and cleaned daily, which I thought delightful. Fresh towels, no mess. Simple design layout included small kitchen with a fridge that could hold plenty. Stay was 3 nights.

The room was spacious and had a nice balcony view of the parking lot / ocean. Great value for the price. It could have been a bit cleaner and looked like they were perhaps doing some improvements. My main feedback would be that there is no bathroom easily accessible to the beach from the back side of the property. If you've got small kids on the beach that's a problem. To have got to walk all the way to the hotel office or your room. Otherwise it's nice with free access to the beach.
