We started with a city view room, it was clean and comfortable but once we saw the ocean we decided to see if we could upgrade to an ocean view room. The desk person was able to do some switching and we spent our second night ocean side and we loved it. We were close to the elevator and the room had a beautiful view. This hotel seems small compared to our friends hotels ours was much more convenient. We will definatley stay here again

Old building. Dated floor layout with limited oceanfront views. The staff was nice and there were plenty of shampoo and facial scrub pads. The only thing keeping them from a 5 star is abwrecking ball to the structure to put the tallest La Quinta on one of America's greatest beaches.

I needed a room at the last minute and everything decent was already booked or the prices were upward of $350/night for the rooms that were available. This place was affordable but still more than it is worth. It's an old building and a 2-star hotel so don't expect much. The rooms have been partially updated (but many corners were cut). Room holds a musty mildew smell and seems to hold moisture. I didn't see evidence of mold but as an asthmatic, I had a little bit of a hard time breathing and needed to use my inhaler for relief. There is no hot water, so only lukewarm showers. The inn offers free breakfast but I was a little skeptical to eat it after seeing a roach. The highlights were the view and the friendly staff. The staff get 2 stars, the hotel gets one.

Good location, nice rooms. Only complaint is the A/C didn’t work up to par. It was nice that the hotel was pet friendly at no extra charge.

Pretty good stay. Our first room had a guest who smoked so we got another room, which was fine. Very spacious bathroom. Breakfast did not have any hot food (eggs, bacon), but had waffles and 4 different types of juices, as well as coffee etc etc.

Great location. Our room was very nice! Great ocean view. The pool was nice as well. My only complaint is the main parking lot. It is very tight! It happened to be a Truck Mania event the weekend we came, and we had a very hard time navigating through the parking lot. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Our room was nice. Looks like it had been recently updated. The pool was an okay size, but once people got their floats in there or started playing with a ball it got crowded fast. It was heated though, so that was nice when we went for a late swim. Didn't realize this hotel is pet friendly, so possibly prepare yourself for some late night barking. Its really close to the center and boardwalk (not walking distance though if you have small children). Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to the beach, beautiful ocean view. Just far enough away from the boardwalk to not be too crowded.

Location is good with nice view over calm, pretty, and cozy outdoor area with fountain (all of which is located beside the swimming pool). Its a pretty short and straightforward walk to get to the beach or pool. Always nice to be there. Very quiet and relaxing.

When your booking your room online it says a 3 room suite well we walked into a room with a bed then a door then another room with a bed and bathroom in it..,That's only two roomswith no living room space. We went back to lobby to ask if we got the wrong room and the lady at front desk said they explain it wrong online and they are trying to fix itUM WHAT!? My husband was very disappointed but we decided to stay anyway. The floors are some kind of weird cement and it's like your feet always feel dirty. Very nice pool and you can see the beach from there. I don't think I'd stay here again though.

IF You are heading to Daytona STAY HERE!!!! We had room 119, on the ground that opens up to the pool AND the beach!!! Room 218, We left and came back days later, has 2 flat screens and is super nice!!! This is the place if you are on vacation or just need to get away and relax!!! I WILL B BACK lol

The only dislike I had was the wait time to get a room. The cleanliness was above average for a hotel, and the morning breakfast was good and consisted of cereal, waffles, orange juice, apple juice, etc. Our room was by the ocean and we had a side view which was nice. Overall it was a good experience and I would do business with them again.

I absolutely loved bringing my family here our room was overlooking the Atlantic. House keeping came everyday to refresh the room. They are pet friendly which is amazing because i couldn't imagine going anywhere without him. The pool is beautiful they also have a nice size hot tub. Only down fall was that the pump for the hot tub was broken so no relaxing bubbles. They have complementary breakfast every morning. I wish the dog walking area was bigger. Can't wait to come back Diana Monic john and Heather are fantastic❤
