  I like the fit and feel of the lingerie but the staff needs to be educated on microaggressions. The latter part of my visit tainted my overall experience. I will look for another lingerie boutique to support in the future.

  This is the only place I trust to sell me proper undergarments that fit correctly. But customers will pay a high price for this trust.

  Everyone said this is the place to go to get a bra that actually FITS. I was skeptical. I wear a 40GG. I know this because there was ONE place in Australia i went to that had a person who knows what they are doing … and then these women. They helped me choose a few bras that keep my girls lifted, make me look great and have great support. it is a world of difference in feeling and also appearance to have a bra that enhances your bust and fits … amazing how my other expensive bras never actually fit. They dont have a lot of larger sizes, but they do stock 38H, 40GG etc which is more than a lot of stores. They also do alterations if you lose weight but the cup is the same and need less band. The no-rinse lingerie and bra cleansing solution there is the BOMB> i took it with me for month in Africa when I knew I would have limited water. It is gentle, does what it says, and I use it as the only way to hand wash my $66 bras now. Forgot the brand but it's at the front counter. I would go nowhere else for sizing and service here. Some more diverse larger sizes would be appreciated, but again, only place in Rochester with classy larger bust sizes and panties like Elomi.

  I used to be a big fan of Embrasse-Moi. It was impossible for me to find a bra that fit ANYWHERE in Rochester. I discovered them in 2013, and they helped fit me in the correct size and provided bras that fit properly!! The service was great, and I continued to purchase my bras there for about 2 years.
  
  Sadly, I have become EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated with their service. I ordered a bra on April 22, 2015 because they did not have the one I needed in stock. I was told it would take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month for it to arrive. After a month went by, I called to check. My bra hadn't arrived yet, but they would call as soon as it came in. Ok! Another month went by, so I called again. Still no bra. I asked if they could track it, and they informed me that they don't have tracking information for their orders because they ship from Europe. They promised they would call as soon as it arrived. Ok Another month went by. At this point, it was July 2015. I decided to go into the store to speak with someone in person. My bra STILL hadn't come in. I decided to see if they had any other bras that would fit in the meantime, and they had nothing. The best they could give me was the same line: "We'll call you as soon as it arrives."
  
  It is now September 23, 2015. It has been 5 months and 1 day since I ordered my bra, and I have still heard NOTHING from Embrasse-Moi regarding my order. I gave up and decided to look elsewhere. Thankfully, I have found a number of websites that sell the bras I need, and I received them less than TWO WEEKS after ordering them for the same price!! And guess what?? They ship from Europe!! With tracking information!! What a novel concept!!
  
  If you need to be fitted for a bra, they do a fantastic job of telling you your correct size and sister size. They are very nice there, and I'm sure they mean well, but it is completely unacceptable for someone to go 5 months without receiving their order. Save yourself the aggravation and make your purchases elsewhere.

  I was wearing the wrong size and their fitting woman was fantastic!!!!!! She made me try on a size that I thought was wrong and voilà! Perfect size :) Headed back for more tomorrow. can be $$$$
