Good enough but the layout was weird with an internal hallway. Also wifi had a hard time working through cinderblock walls. Clean enough though.
It's old motel but it's a good place it's quite the rooms have been keep up the staff are good people.
Management are kind people and its definitely not a big chain hotel which was nice. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is simple, but good. Right down the street from the Hill Cumorah Pageant!
I couldn't do it where there were no stars and still rate. Its th. Down. Too expensive for what it is. It in a way is a scam because its completely different from online. Front lady my mom told me is a wench. We payed and ten minutes later tried to back out and she used the stupid 48 hr non refund policy.
The exterior could use a touch up on the paint, but our room was very cute, and clean. The bed was soft, they provided a microwave and mini fridge, the wifi was a decent speed, and most importantly they accommodated our arrival and departure times with no charge!
For $65 I was very happy with my experience.
Rude lady at front desk. Dirty, kinda dingy.
Rooms were not updated and couldn't get WiFi at the 2 end rooms
I stayed here several times. Each time was just fine. The rooms are solidly constructed, clean, comfortable and parking is great. It's also very convenient -- the Thruway, gas, McDonalds. A economical. Nice family owned place. (Reading a couple of the other comments it sounds like some rooms are not good, or they can get behind in the work. I will def. check first, but I never had a problem in three years, and I am particular about cleanliness.)
Awful. Awful experience. The owner (woman) was very rude and unhelpful. Room not as described in photos AT ALL. Bed was loud and uncomfortable. Stayed for one night due to me getting back to the room late and not wanting to wake them up to leave. At 9am I informed them I would be checking out because the advertised free WiFi was non existent and I am an online student. The woman refused to give me a two day refund for my two unused days, and I ended up paying 180 for a night in a crappy motel. The owners husband seemed like a nice enough guy but barely spoke English.
It was an average stay. But I was satisfied with the price and overall cleanliness. It is dated a bitBut so what.
