Great place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend. Just be very careful if you walk downtown.

Large rooms, nice location right downtown. Very dated decor. Clean bathroom but something about the carpet made the room feel less than clean.

Check in was amazing, bell service was super nice and helpful. Room was ok- for $337/ night it's dirty and not updated. Phone only called front desk so couldn't order room service from either room. Ran out of wine ordered, and they replaced without consulting. Also didn't bring any condiments with meal (no ketchup, steak sauce). All in all very disappointing. We've been staying in this same hotel since 2004 and its never improved. Definitely finding a nicer place to stay when we come for a WF football game. Not worth the price.

The shower adjustment ring screwed off before I was able to turn it to a new setting. Do not expect we'll maintained facilities. The bar does not serve more than two drinks since "it's against NC law" although it's not. Overall a nice looking hotel but don't expect anything more than skin deep.

Very nice staff and very nice looking hotel. The suite I had was very large with great big windows. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good and also the evening social hour was nice. My only thing was there were wet washcloths left in the bathroom upon my arrival. I think the staff didn't see them where they were out, overall the room was very clean.

Friendly service, clean, but not the top quality and elegance expected for an Embassy

Our room (two queen suite) was very spacious. We also enjoyed the evening reception with free drinks and their breakfast. Would stay again!

I had a wonderful time. I loved the personal note that our housekeeping staff member, Kimberly, left for us in our room. Everyone was very helpful. There was a brown stain on one of sheets. That was the only minor issue that I experience

Minor areas in need of paint. We did not go to the pool. Room clean upon arrival however 2nd day housekeeping appeared to be running behind on cleaning schedule. We decided to clean our own room and just asked for clean towels which was quickly brought to us. We had no major issues. Service and friendliness of staff was average.

Loved that breakfast was included with the stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room was well cleaned and very comfortable. 2 things I did not like.
    1. When we got there there was a plate of food put out on the hall way. That was around 830 pm. When he checked out at 9 am the plate was still there.

    2. You have to pay for parking.

Great hotel, excellent staff. My only negative is the lights on level 2 are too bright at night and room won't go completely dark because of them. That's a personal problem though.

Went to an event at the grand pavilion. I would suggest this place as a corporate or school gathering place. Good service for over 200 people and the food was great. I had a hard time finding the location of the grand pavilion room.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location. Down side is paying to park your car. They had a happy hour each night with light snacks and up to two alcoholic beverages. Very nice.

Hotel was going through renovation on the ground floor. Other than that, it was convenient and this hotel was also connected to the Marriott across the street. Great place to hold professional conferences.

Nice hotel. The room was a "Premier Suite." The biggest issue was that there were no USB outlets in the lamps or the alarm clock. Room service was good; however, it took 3 calls to get in touch with them.
