Nice, clean rooms, with friendly front desk staff. Cannot vouch for the room service, since i always opt out of it. Easy access to resturants and shopping as well.

Spent 2 nights at the Hampton inn Winston Salem and had a awesome experience. It was my first time in that area and at the hotel. The Staff was very courteous, they offered me bottled water also some fresh baked cookies as well as a nice continental breakfast which had about everything you could want at minimum as well as hot coffee tea or hot chocolate. The room i had was immaculate, very clean with everything in order. I will most definitely come back as well as refer this place to others. Well worth your money spent to stay here

This motel is very clean and comfortable. It's seems too have been recently updated. The staff is super nice and they seemed to have thought of all the extras Cookies at the front etc. The breakfast was great as well. The beds were comfortable and not too hard. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff.Lisa at the front desk was more than helpful in assisting us while there was a slight mix up with our reservation. Rooms were clean, outdoor pool was nice, and the location is great, surrounded by a mall and good restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Never had a bad experience here any time we have stayed while in town for work. The ENTIRE staff is super accommodating, and more than happy to help you with anything you may need. Also.Bobby is the man! He was extremely helpful in resolving an issue we had with a person taking a "shortcut" through the parking lot (who wasn't even a guest, therefore not really supposed to be there to begin with) as we were checking out from our most recent stay. We will ONLY stay at this hotel any time we are in town.

This Hotel is incompetent and the sorriest excuse for a Hampton I have ever seen. They changed my reservation of 3 months the day I arrived after driving 650 miles, without informing me before hand. I requested an extra blanket and the man at the front desk informed me they were out of blankets. Having back issues and being forced to sleep on a pull out couch has totally ruined my vacation. I have been with Hampton for 10 years and have yet to had a bad experince until today. I might be taking my business elsewhere sometime soon.

Decent hotel with an acceptable gym. Free weights up to 50lbs and a bench. They really should consider fixing the clock in the gym though. It doesn't work and there is no second hand. Most people who workout rely on the second hand. The beds are comfy.
