The manager actually called her husband to physically harm me or kill me. Had to call 911 but police did not come to us where we where being assaulted they went to the main office. My wife, friends and I could have been shot stabbed ect or anything and this was done by the manager of the Hotel because she messed up on our reservation and got angry/ Will never stay there again. Actually will be going to court over this. Much more than I can explain here. I have never been treated like this before by a business in my life. Cuzz and yelled at. When we first arrived we noticed the front desk was rude and disrespectful. My full story involves the police which I tell on another site tripadvisor as to why I am taking this to court

I just spent a week at this location. The people working there were Terrific ! Polite and Helpful. The lodging overall was great. Absolutely No complaints ! I recommend this location to all staying in the Winston-Salem Salem area. Very easy access to everything.

I am currently running up out of here as the bed bugs have bitten me up for the night. Stains on the curtains, towels in the bathroom and upon further inspection, you can see tiny bugs crawling on the front door. I am now forced to sleep in my car. I had only intended to stay for one night as I am only in the city for a specific purpose. I cannot even finish the duration of the night because of the bed bug bites on my arm. I will never come back to this place again. The price they charge you still is not worth the trouble. This place is creepy, dirty and horrible.

Terrible. Thought I needed to stay for a week for work, ended up only staying one night before needing to head to a different city, and they wouldn't refund me the 6 nights I didn't stay there. Any other hotel is more than happy to refund you your money should you need to checkout early, but not these greedy pricks. Smelled horrible, rooms were dirty

Not worth the one star, but I cannot choose zero.
Non-smoking room stank of cigarettes, smoke came through bathroom exhaust unless it was running. One burner on stove didn't work. Light at stove and bedside burnt out. Two towel sets for four guests, AND no new unless you turned them in. No room service, when staying over a week, not even fresh sheets. Entire staff smokes, everywhere: in front of guests, in laundry room, in elevators. I've never seen anything like it. It's like they are unchecked. What kind of management is running this place.
Do NOT recommend, for any length of stay.

To be honest I wouldn't even give it 1 star. I had a lot of trouble getting into my room and the couple I was behind in line i had a long talk with. Their room had ROACHES and wasn't clean at all. So they were put into another room and they put some of their stuff in there and went back to the car to get the rest. When they got back to the room the door wouldn't even light up to open. The front desk said they could offer them yet another room for the night and they wouldn't have someone come in til morning to open the door. Half of their luggage that they need is in that room and front desk wouldn't do anything about it til the morning. Also u only get 2 sets of towels for one week. Would not recommend even if the room was free
Also the 1-800 number they have in the office to call is actually a sex hook up hotline

This is not a real motel / hotel. It seems to be where the homeless stay. No ironing board or iron, coffee maker, nothing to cook with or eat with (not even a fork). I asked for a iron and was told the long stay residents have them so there were none available. No bath just a shower stall. The refrigerator worked but I had to manually defrost it to get it to do so. The bed only had sheets and a bedspread (the bedspread had several holes from it from cigarettes. There is no maid or room service for your stay so the towels you get when you arrive is it, they never get changed. At least the TV worked OK with it's 22 channels. The place also has barking dogs and a lot of screaming going on.
