We needed a total transformation from 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 closets and a hall to an Aging in Place certified suite for my mother-in-law, complete with bedroom, sitting room, closet and bathroom. They worked closely to hear what we envisioned, then took that and made it even better. With their expertise, it was a safe and beautiful place. Additions like a roll in shower, grab bars throughout the bathroom, 4 foot wide doors, and a closet with everything within reach and reenforced.
The communication was exceptional. John was there frequently to personally oversee. Attention to detail helped make it not only safe but beautiful.
Less than 2 years later, we engaged them again to add on a bedroom and bath upstairs. They were the only ones we approached. We could not recommend them more highly.

I am sure they do good work. But sales as very laid back and never really followed up after the initial reach out. I wanted to get a complete remodel of a bathroom

We recently completed a project with Elite. Their performance was excellent, as was their communication with the home owner. As professionals, we always enjoy working with organizations that do a great job.

Elite provided the best remodeling job for the conversion of the guest bath into a full ADA bathroom. They minimized the inconvenience of remodeling and the result was super. I will recommend for Elite for any remodeling jobs.

John and his team are amazing and do awesome work. The hospitality room they created for our workplace is absolutely beautiful. They literally took an empty space that needed a lot of of TLC and created a warm and inviting hospitality room that is now everyone's favorite spot! The quality of the materials used is is second to none.

I never expect remodeling to go smoothly but Elite's group of contractors were very professional, were very courteous, respectful of my home, neat and tidy everyday! Their project managers stay in close touch with you to keep you in the loop every step of the way. When there is an issue that arises, their management and ownership steps right up to make it right. The quality of workmanship that they expect from their subs is extremely high. No shortcuts are taken or allowed! Highly recommend Elite Remodeling.

We are a return customer to Elite Remodeling and continue to be so pleased with the way they do business. Seven years ago, we renovated the kitchen and master bath in our previous home and just recently relocated a load bearing wall in our current home.

John Todd, his staff, and their vendors did a fabulous job of communicating with us throughout the project - from the overall timeline, to weekly schedules and daily updates. They go above and beyond to make sure the result meets or exceeds your expectations.

We will continue to do business with Elite Remodeling.

As a sub-contractor you are exposed to the inner workings of the General Contractor you work for. From their communication, to their attention to detail, from their careful project management, to timely payment on completed work, Elite Home Remodeling GETS IT RIGHT!! Every one of their people care and do an outstanding job of making the job a success. Their pre-job preparation process makes our job as a framing contractor easy. We are always glad when they call and glad to do our part to make their projects a success. Thanks for including us in your arsenal of high quality sub-contractors.

John Todd and the entire Elite team are truly awesome to work with! They have been the masterminds behind three major projects; a master bath gut, a jack-n-jill bath update, and a total kitchen remodel. With each project, Elite understood what we wanted and the results exceeded our expectations. Living through a kitchen remodel can be disruptive, but Elite made it as painless as possible, with excellent communication throughout the process. Our thanks to John and the entire Elite team for three jobs well done!

Elite Remodeling remodeled my master bathroom several years ago. They came out and fixed a shower problem superbly. We were so happy with our bathroom that we had them totally redo our kitchen. One of the things that I had my heart set on was an island. I was told by others that my kitchen was not wide enough for an island. Elite found a way to do a fabulous island in my kitchen. There are no words to express what an absolutely fantastic kitchen with island that Elite put in my home. It is a total dream. The job was done with wonderful people who really understood how to do a great job.

Elite Remodeling was a very easy company to work with. Our designer, Kelli, came up with an unique layout to fit the flow of our kitchen. Every effort was made to finish the project on time. Our project manager, Blake, was receptive to calls and concerns and took care of questions and problems in a very timely manner. Staci, our decorator, helped a lot with choosing coordinating colors and bringing the project together. Overall, Elite Remodeling was organized, knowledgeable and provided a high quality of workmanship. I will use them again in the future.

We updated our kitchen and some had some new custom cabinets built in our family room. While the open concept floor plan is fantastic for living, it can be a nightmare for updating. We needed tons of guidance, and Elite was with us every step of the way. They're wonderful to work with, and we are so pleased with our home. We'll definitely call them again when it's time to update our bathroom. You won't go wrong with Elite.

Several years ago we had our master bathroom remodeled.
Elite Remodeling did an excellent job. They are wonderful people to work with. So, when I needed to have the wood trim on the outside of the house repainted I called John Todd and asked him to recommend a painter. He gladly gave me a name and I am very happy with the results. Five stars to John and Elite . Will be calling on them again in the future.

Elite Remodeling is not only a highly awarded and superior company for all your remodeling needs, but it provides excellent warranty service on their work. After four years, I had an issue with shower grout needing to be replaced as well as a loose fixture. After notifying Elite, I had a repairman at my house within the week. Service after the initial remodel work is extremely important. This company is there for you. It gives me great peace of mind.

Elite Remodeling did a complete redo of our kitchen and earned 5 stars from design to the finishing touches. Kelli listened well and offered good design options to fit our needs. And she was very helpful with colors, textures and finishes. When some lead based paint and plumbing challenges came up in our 1955 home, John and his team provided great solutions while ensuring the job got done right. We found all the workers and subs to be professional, courteous and skilled in their various trades. Elite did a great job of communicating with us throughout the project, and afterward. We could not recommend Elite more highly.
