I went on Christmas eve with a buddy to have a few drinks at the back bar. We were both playing and I had 2 beers and I put in $100 plus tipped her for the 2 beers. My buddy also plays good and had 4 beers and is a great tipper. At this point we are out of money in the machine and we were just talking and drinking the beers that were already comp. To us and not even trying to order any more. The female bartender was visually getting mad at us for sitting there and not having money in the machine. Worst time ever there.
Had a delicious dinner at Carve with awesome service! Prime Rib there is wonderful, melt in your mouth tender. Then we played bingo and then even the machines were good to us. Plus we could hear the great music from the band in the lounge while we gambled.
awesome hotel. the resort fee was the cheapest compared to the hotelson the strip. Rooms were clean comfy and luxury. we took the city facing room. parking lot was safe and there was security patrol. casino was small. a bit of let down though. But decent place away from the strip
Great hotel. The only place I usually stay in Las vegas. No ridiculous fees more than 11$. Prices for rooms are great and can usually get great deals booking online. Customer service is great. Buffet is also good. Rooms are clean and modern with extras. Great security inside and out. Always easy check in and check out process. Thanks
This is a great place to stay. Brian the valet was awesome person very helpful with everything. Brian had our vehicle ready to go every time we were going out. The front desk clerk(George) who help us check in on Friday was very helpful in giving me information where everything was located in the hotel and casino. To the management of this place you have really great employees here including the security officers who keep everyone safe. I will be returning to stay here. ,
Great local spot. Table games and slots are enjoyable, the room was larger than anticipated and our family of three was very comfortable. Snaps and the deli kept us well fed!
I've passed by this spot for years and never bothered stopping in. Came here a month ago. My first impression when pulling us was great. We valet our trucks. We were treated by Brian. Great guy and we felt confident they would keep an eye on our gear. I never have caught the other valet name with the glasses and gray/dark beard. They've always exponentially well since day one. Our trucks are always up front, they know Friday is our night out and supper with the misses. Vey polite and feed into our fun. It's the start to our fun. Snaps is our typical spot to have Friday night supper since we've started visiting here. Food is great. First time we ate at Snaps, they really missed the mark. Sat for 20 min before we decided to got the manager. She took our order. We felt because of that the older feller just ignored us. Had to ask for our check. We paid, we never expect anything for free. We eat, we pay. We just voiced our concern and left it at that. The casino floor isn't too smoky, most of the folks are very pleasant. The second, third, and fourth time have gotten better. Snaps needs to be more diligent in their housekeeping. The tables and seats are not as clean as we would expect. Food crumbs on the tables and the condiments bottles need attention in regards to cleaning. The food is great. Awesome variety and well proportioned. Food comes out quick and hot. And like always we check out with the awesome boys in valet.
Easy to get to and good parking. Local crowd mostly. Good gaming payouts. Great service. Lots of gaming machines with a good variety of games from pennies up to high roller games. Good food also. Security is great.
Great hotel and casino that's not on the strip. The hotel prices are very reasonable and affordable. The hotel room was clean and I was impressed. Nothing bad to say and I would definitely stay here again. I did gamble in the casino and 2 months later, I received a free 2 night comp!
Hubby and I like to gamble at East side Cannery. We played table games here tonight. It was great. The casino was cool (113 outside), not smokey, rather quiet. Our dealers were very friendly, drink service was quick. Great experience.
For the most part this place is real nice, really enjoyed the my cheeburger at the Deli But had not been there for a while so I needed another players card. Walked up to Gloria one of the floor technicians who was standing there and said Hi, and was about to ask her for a players card when she turned around and walked away after say excuse me three times as I'm catching up to her I asked if she could please bring me a player's card she told me she would have to go ALL the way to the other side of the casino and told me to go to the Player Club as she pointed to long the line. Got a players card from the next floor technician I could find I believe his name was David who was very happy to get it for me tipped him five bucks but the mood had already been ruined. I ended up playing a short while but left and went to Boulder Station (I am a president card holder there)where I was treated with much more respect.
We stayed here for only one night, but everything was perfectly fine. Clean, big room. Friendly stuff. And a steak restaurant with incredible good food and a top friendly and quick service. Totally recommend to stay here, if you don't need to be at the strip directly.
Despite being way off the strip, this is a nice place to stay. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. It's smaller, so no long hikes down those Vegas hallways to get to your room. Big spacious casino floor, but didn't have a lot of luck there. Food is okay, deli is better than the Diner (avoid anything with brown gravy) and the lounge had some good performers playing some nice jams. Crowd here is definitely older, but it makes it a comfortable place to be.
The East side Cannery is on boulder highway and Harmon. So they have a convenient location where they are very close to the free entrance of boulder highway, which is about 3 miles away. My experience with Cannery is with their buffet. Their buffet had a great selection with food. If you're a card member of the casino they occasionally mail you coupons for their restaurants which is very nice to get in the mail. I'm always seeing cleaning staff walking around and in the restrooms which makes it reassuring that the casino is being cleaned. I have yet to experience any concerts that play at Cannery but every time I go to the Cannery they have a new performer almost every weekend. The Cannery is a great place to visit for their dining experience and they have a very large hotel.
The Eastside Cannery is a popular local casino located on Boulder Highway. My family has been going there since they opened the doors. There are plenty of machines, tables, and a nice sized sports book to place your bet or just watch your favorite team. The restaurants are all pretty good, but I have to say The Carve is fantastic. Much better than most of the fancy high-priced places on the strip. (Side note: If you love cake, the deli has one of the best chocolate cakes around!) The rooms are quite nice and service is great. If you want to be entertained The Eastside Cannery has a variety of bands playing most nights. From a band singing 50's classics one weekend to headbanging heavy metal songs the next weekend, you hear it all there. I can't really say anything negative except I wish I'd win on my keno numbers more often.
