Great little gem by the airport. Wi-Fi was hit or miss as is typical in hotels, but everything else was amazing. Comfortable, clean, excellent service, decent breakfast buffet. Great for a little getaway.

Hotel is slightly dated, lobby just smells of old. Definitely not a Sonesta property I’m typically used to. However the staff is friendly.

Please keep in mind I’m only referencing the hotel in this review, if I feel up to something negative I’ll comment on the attached bar and restaurant - Brandon’s. Let’s just leave it as go elsewhere for this post 1 Star.

The rooms are incredibly large with comfortable beds, shower pressure is great, careful not to turn it on hot and leave it for a couple minutes, you’ll come back to a steam room. Exhaust fan is non existent.

WiFi is amazing here with a great 40+ meg down, highly reliable.

Actually spent 2 nights here apposed to my one off and move to a different spot.

The restaurant here is hidden amongst all the tech buildings and while it's empty most of the time the food is pretty good but with a limited menu that changes every so often. Quality is good. I'd rather go here and save money than spend it at some chain place like the cheesecake factory which I can't understand why people still go to gross places like that.

Front office staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy access and conveniently located. Enjoyed the stay. I would have liked to try their breakfast buffet, but it was a tad overpriced for breakfast at $15.00 a plate. With three people, I didn't feel like paying $45.00 for bacon and eggs. That's the only reason they lost a star with me. Nevertheless, it was still an enjoyable stay. I would go back if I am ever in the San Jose area again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can get one at HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

This is an amazing hotel!!! I was very impressed because I had read the yelp reviews and I was expecting the worst. But the first and favorite part of my experience was the complimentary shuttle service !!! His name is Kevin and he was so helpful and informative. The hotel was great but Kevin was the highlight of the trip, he even took us to grab some food before we arrived to the hotel.

This is a very nice hotel that, at the moment anyway, is offering great last minute booking rates (subject to availability) on various booking apps. Even at the regular price this hotel is underrated. My room was clean and comfortable with very comfortable beds. Soda and ice were just down the hall and the pool, hot tub and weight room were great for my needs.

Good bye Beverly Heritage, welcome Sonesta! Still ways to go before all rooms are renovated to Sonesta standards, and please drop the price on in-room water to market - a $2.50 small bottle is so 2007! But I stand by this hotel, and this is where I'll stay next time, because I feel welcome.

I struggled in rating this hotel 4 or 5 stars. I've stayed here now two times and have had very good experiences overall. What's most important to me? Location and a quick comfortable business room. Why not 5 stars? My carry out order from the restaurant was late because my room phone supposedly didn't work and some of the room plugs were faulty. Would I stay there again? Absolutely. But let's get the problems fixed guys. Thanks.

Welcoming entry. Old fashion feel just like the elevators. Only 3 dislikes. Arrived after 10pm & had to park opposite side of lobby and Gum. Staff notified of gum on headboard and came to room to verify it was actually gum, never cleaned :( Besides a wall receptacle(outlet) with no power. The hot tub. Aka whirl pool was under construction aka repair. A little service & communication would of helped. Stayed 2 night.

We booked this hotel at a great rate online, and we were not disappointed. This little gem is located right in the middle of Silicon Valley, and down a relatively quiet road (at least on the weekend). We were able to check-in easily, our room was large and clean, our beds were firm and very comfortable, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. I think there are many people who book this hotel, expecting a 5-star hotel. If that is what you are looking for, Sonesta is not for you. If, however, you are looking for a smaller hotel that gives its guests a good short stay, I can't recommend Sonesta highly enough.

The hotel was "fine" my personal room was decent but others in our group had rooms that were substandard. The hotel is definitely showing its age in a few areas and needs a refresh.
There were a couple of times we went to the hotel bar during open hours and there was no one there even to serve. Now saying that, people we dealt with were very pleasant, there is a nice pool and hot tub and breakfast was pretty good.
It is an Okay hotel, would stay there again if needed but would likely look at other options first.

Nice hotel in a nice area, located conveniently by the 880 fwy at the Montague Expressway exit. Room was big and clean. No refrigerator or microwave, but there was a single cup coffeemaker, ironing board and iron. Very large bathroom with a separate shower and a bathtub. Wall mounted dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel at the shower, which I found very convenient. There is a pool and a Jacuzzi, lounge room, restaurant.

Stayed here because it was free, thanks to all my Expedia points. When we got here a few hours early, our room wasn't ready and we asked them for another room. They told us nope and will call us, so we went out to go get some lunch and called back again and they said there were no rooms available. We were getting frustrated so we asked if we could just pay for an upgrade and they finally said they would upgrade us for no charge. If the front desk was smart, they should have offered that in the beginning instead of making us wait. We would have gladly paid for the difference.

Rooms were clean, spacious but I wouldn't stay here for vacation because it's sort of in the middle of nowhere. This is more of a business hotel as it's close by the tech companies.

My GPS directed me to a back entrance, which was so poorly marked/lit that I completely missed it and had to ask for directions from the Sheraton across the street. That aside, the location was very convenient. There were the standard complementary toiletries, but I was pleasantly surprised to also see full dispensers in the shower. I was in town for a job interview, and they paid for the hotel - I'm sure it would have been way out of my price range, otherwise. Breakfast was not complementary, but was served in a restaurant in the hotel. It seemed pricey for the options, but I didn't have time to eat in the morning, so I can't say whether it would have been worth it or not.

Rooms are fine. There was a heavy smell of marijuana in the hallway the night I arrived. Two hotel employees were also hanging out in the hallway when I was walking to my room. An industrial grade floor drying heater was also left in the hallway. Upon leaving, I could still smell the marijuana. The rooms themselves are not bad. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Towels seem to be lacking and not sure why as other hotels I've stayed at has at least 2 sets of towels and I could only find one. The list of available TV stations also seemed to be limited compared to other hotels in the area I've stayed at.
