Loved the suite. It was spacious and worked well for giving the kids and adults their own space. I took a star off for the abysmal water pressure and the limited hours of the shuttle.

Worse hotel I've stayed at. Parking was extremely expensive. Even for visitors they had to pay. The service was pretty rude, and helpless when we complained. pretty much felt like we were forced to stay here cause we couldnt get a refund. After, I checked my CC statement and I was charged a smoking fee of 250 when I dont even smoke! The cleaning lady was rude when I left, I bet she made some kind of comment to give us this charge.

I only come in here because of the service the waitress that serves me all the time her name is Vicky. She's the only one I have service from . Dont get me wrong Service is great all-around. But Vicky always goes the extra mile to make sure we leave happy she is such a phenomenal waitress so nice so sweet so genuine she takes great care of you. The customer satisfaction Skills go way above what you learn from books. she's great at it. It's not just because of Vicky Because everyone that works there always has a smile on their face they always great you when you leaving when you coming your never ignored and you always feel like a VIP when you visit here. In the rooms the great. Overall A++++++-

Fabulous hotel with very spacious clean and well equipped rooms. The breakfast was Amazing! Staff were very polite and friendly. Location was about 5 miles from Downtown Boston but only about $8-$9 to get to the centre. Beautiful view of the river if on the right side. Well priced for Boston

Great experience during a week long stay at this Doubletree. Staff was very professional and friendly, helping me and taking care of every small request I made including posting a letter on my behalf. Room was big and well furnished. Room service was fast and as good as in restaurant.

It's beside a chemical factory and rail yard but the inside is very new and modern. Everything apart from the room itself was overpriced in my opinion. The location was convenient to most of what we wanted to see in Boston.

The location is close to Harvard Square, and they offer a shuttle each couple hours to drop/bring the guests. The room was just renovated, everything was super clean and neat. The view was beautiful (my room was on 9th floor, corner room and river side. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Awesome!!! Had a bad experience at another hotel down the street so we left and came to the Doubletree. They treated us so good here. Nice hotel, great room and a beautiful view! My kids really enjoyed the pool. Customer service was A+++. Thank you for turning our disappointing night into a great one!!!
