Far and away my favorite place to stay in Cambridge. The hotel is unique, staffed by people who clearly care about the hotel and their role in keeping it friendly, warm, and clean. If you have some time to sit back, don't miss the top floor lounge.

Breakfast is very good. Rooms comfortable. Internet is free and reasonably fast. Location is good: near Kendall Square.

Amazing decor: a converted fire station, with a touch of historic and chic. One of the best hotels in the area in my opinion. Staff of always helpful. Management was extremely kind, accommodating a change on a non changeable stay. Would definitely recommend.

Wow! I haven't been compelled to write a hotel review in quite some time. I travel a lot for business and all the hotel chains I frequent just start to blend together. I found out about the Kendall through a friend and decided to take a chance on this small boutique hotel. I am so glad that I did - this reminded me how special hotel stays really should be! The lobby, dining areas and rooms were decorated with the theme of an old firehouse and everything was immaculate. I didn't get a chance to dine at the in-house restaurant, but did enjoy a very generous and delicious free breakfast. I walked to a number of restaurants, shops and coffee shops in the area - it's the perfect home base for a visit to Boston.
Have to give a special thank you to the staff. The entire team - from the front desk staff (Marina and Mark!!) to the cleaning staff, to the gentleman touching up the paint in the elevator, was professional, courteous and helpful. I've stayed at the Kendall once and had drinks in the very charming lobby - it's easily there great Cambridge hotel I've visited. It's got a feeling of home, combined with a great location and great rooms.

Lovely boutique hotel, with very large rooms and comfortable bed. Great location right at Kendall T stop. Nice breakfast buffet included in room. Friendly service.

The Kendall has so much character and it wowed me right when I stepped in. The room itself was quite small, but was more than enough for what I needed. The complimentary breakfast is phenomenal. I recommend

The Kendall Hotel has been great! We are staying over Boston Marathon weekend and the service has been excellent. They have the best hotel breakfast I have seen.

A very cozy hotel. Great location, very close to the T and to MIT. The rooms are big, spacious, there's a warmth about it that makes you feel like home. Very helpful staff. Free wifi. Breakfast has plenty of choices, it would be better if the buffet was in the same room as the sitting arrangements, but that's just a minor thing compared to all the rest.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was a larger hotel with an intimate bed and breakfast feel. The hotel and rooms were tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed the fire dog dalmatian touches throughout. The breakfast buffet was HUGE with many different offerings. I highly recommend this hotel!
