Room was nice and very comfy, especially liked the pillow top matress. Pillows were a bit too soft for my taste but had enough of them so I slept like a baby. Front desk personnel were very pleasant and gave us each a warm cookie and water for our stay.

Clean, modern and sleek hotel rooms and decor. The rooms and bathrooms are a little small and makes me think this hotel has definitely been renovated but was built a long time ago. The window in our room was small which was disappointing since the view outside was great. I agree with past reviewers that the parking lot is confusing and it is difficult to reach the buttons and sensors while exiting/entering. The biggest gripe I had was the internet, consistent with most Hilton hotels, was awfully slow. Granted, this was the last night of the balloon fiesta so the hotel was probably full: but no excuse, please see the picture attached of the 1.something mbps download speed.

I love Hilton hotels. This one was comfortable and obviously going through some renovations so here’s hoping it will be getting better. Thanks for the nice experience.

Hilton Honors-only upper floors. Bar on site. Directv in the rooms. And gotta love the cookies. Like a lot of hotels I've stayed at recently, the pillows are almost too soft and don't offer a lot of support.

Wonderful except for the parking lot. The entry and exit buttons are incredibly far away to reach, not just for me, but everyone who drove in our party. Overall, they've definitely earned their 5*

Good location next to the Convention Center. Unfortunately, there were two weddings the night I checked in and the parking situation was not great, especially for $12 per night. The bar tenders were very friendly, despite being very busy since they were serving wedding-goers at the same time. Enchiladas were yummy and the room was clean and nice. Might opt for a different hotel next time and compromise convenience and location.

All staff have exceeded expectations, so far--plus this is a convenient location. The bar on the lobby level serves drinks and also the lower-level restaurant's menu. Bartender Josh knows his beers, drinks, sports and more. At breakfast, my poached eggs were perfect. At the front desk, Tina, Justin and Alilee helped greatly--over and above!

Unfortunaly we had no choice but to stay here. Was not excited seeing as the last experience was horrible too. Little to no customer service. Whenever we needed something it was clearly a huge inconvenience for the staff our tv didn't work the whole time we stayed, no answer when trying to order room service. Request a refrigerator 3 times and was told it would be sent up. was never sent up. We tried to go be this place a second chance due to the location but I would rather travel the distance then deal with this horrible hotel.

It's a very nice hotel and the staff is very accommodating. The location is great and parking is easy enough. My room didn't have a fridge or microwave, though I didn't need either on this trip so it didn't really matter to me.

Very nice and comfy hotel with the most delicious cookies! Only bummer is they are under construction and the lobby wasn't cooled, but I definitely would recommend staying here.

They gave us the wrong size room and said they would give us breakfast vouchers to make up for it. The breakfast vouchers didn't make it so we had to call back down again to get them. There also didn't seem to be an ice machine on our floor. You do have to pay for parking ($12 a day) which would have been nice to know beforehand.

Double Tree is an older hotel. The room we have is a little small. The breakfast taste like a free continental breakfast but cost 14 dollars. The food from room service does not taste very good as well. Got the Angus burger but the bread was hard, the meat itself was hard as well. Not worth to eat here
