Rooms were great, but the airport shuttle wasn't available upon arrival and I had to pay for an Uber out of pocket. Location is also ideal.
The Rooms were clean, the linins crisp and clean. Pillows and mattress were extraordinary. The male chunky night front office guy was rude and lazy. Ya cant have it all.
Very helpful staff. Hotel is old. Rooms smell stale and musty. Shuttle driver absent for evening pickup and didn't show up for morning shuttle. Hotel paid for cab both ways. Left my wallet in rental car at airport. Hotel paid for cab for me to retrieve it.
Seamless overnight stay. Front desk staff and security guard were very helpful and polite. Room was clean. No fridge in the standard double bed room I stayed in. Not sure if all rooms with double beds are that way. Everything went great though and would stay here again when passing through. Nothing fancy here, but if you are just looking to sleep and get back on the road at an affordable rate, it's completely worth it.
Hotel may be older, but we had a brand new, remodeled room. Room
was average size, but the beds were new and didn't sink down when we sat on them. Bathroom all brand new. Carpet, furniture all looked great.
Satisfied with all amenities. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Very decent quality hotel for the price and location near the airport. Our room was modern and clean, and very spacious. We also appreciate the dog-friendly policy. Make sure you ask for a room that does not face directly west. We were in one of those rooms, and the afternoon sun just bakes the walkway outside and the room inside. The hotel might consider adding some awnings for the wind that faces directly west.
Friendly staffclean rooms. Great selection for breakfast. There's a restaurant within walking distance.
I was placed in a room right next to where construction was taking place. Between that, yelling outside my window and frequent police sirens, getting rest was very difficult. The hotel is on need of serious updating, but the rooms are clean and maintained well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When checking in, another customer was asking the front desk to call 911 because her car had been broken into. The location seems very sketchy. I would recommend staying somewhere else.
It was okay. Upon booking the room I requested a wheelchair accessible room, two bed with a refrigerator. When I checked in I got the wheelchair accessible room, alas no refrigerator and just one king bed.
Management corrected two out of three.
The people working the front desk were super nice, really nicer than any hotels I've been to recently (10 in the last 4 months).
I stayed up late working, so it was nice to check out was at noon. I'd stay here again, only because the staff were super duper nice.
Checked in around 4pm and our requested room (first floor king) was not ready. The exterior of the hotel is in pretty rough shape. The rooms were clean but could use a little matentience. Little things like the rubber under doors to keep drafts and bugs out were missing and broken. The area with the shower and toilet was rather small, I felt like i have more room in a public bathroom stall, than in there. The bed was worn and grooved but still comfortable. For $50 a night with only a place to rest it was decent but if I had to go back to Albuquerque I would consider other options
At first glance you know it's an older one. And you begin to wonder, "should I stay?" Give it a chance. The late night staff were so nice and helpful. Brooke did much more than she needed to. There was a lil problem with my original room. She upgraded it to make me feel more comfortable and brought me the new keys AND lugged my suitcase up a flight of stairs so I wouldn't have to drag it to other side of building (elevator is not in a convient area). Furniture and whole place(stuck in 70 early 80 look) could use a makeover and the beds were a bit sunken. But, I slept so goodso good I missed alarms and my flight!!!
