Considering this is a pet friendly hotel, normally making it my last choice I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Very comfortable beds, and nice staff. Will absolutely stay here again.

One of the nicest rooms we have had at a LaQuinta! Pleasant and well run breakfast room. Seamless check in and check out. Interior is fresh and clean. We will stay here again.

Check in was smooth with a very helpful and friendly clerk. The hotel booking service had told me there was a microwave and a refrigerator there was neither which was disappointing. The room was nice size with a nice layout and was a very good value for the dollar. The breakfast didn't have too much selection but I guess you can't expect that for this price. Overall I was satisfied with the stay and the location was very good

The room was fine, however I've been to a newer La Quinta Inn & Suites recently so comparing the two, this one was definitely a downgrade, but still nice. We requested a first floor room & they accommodated us with no problem. My only issue with the room was we booked double beds and neither were super clean. One bed had a long strand of hair in between the sheets, the other, idk. However, since it was my husband and I, we just slept in the cleaner of the two. We were only there for about 8 hrs so it worked just fine.

We had a great 5 nights at your location. The staff is to be commended for amazing service, friendliness, and very welcoming. Any issues we had were addressed immediately and efficiently. Our room was cleaned each day and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. A shout-out to Shawnee, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond what was necessary each day. Coral, the head housekeeper, as well as the maintenance man, were exceptional as well. Hats off to the entire staff. Thank you for making our stay incredible.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. These folks were life savers. We were on a five week RV trip, and had a mechanical breakdown. We couldn't stay in the RV while it was being worked on, and we have two cats. These folks came to the rescue, only a few miles from the shop. Gave us a suite for the cats on a day by day extension until our coach was repaired. Each day we expected to leave, only to find the parts hadn't come in as expected, or the installation took longer than expected. Each time, no problem. Add to that the comfortable spacious rooms, good breakfast, and empathetic, helpful staff, and you couldn't go wrong. You folks saved our trip.

Will never stay here again. The carpet in the room was filthy and the shower had a bad odor. Also, the room was very noisy from I40 traffic and the door to our room had a gap all the way around, barely latching. We felt like this was a pet hotel, many people had dogs. The only positive thing I can say is the young lady that checked us in was friendly and efficient, otherwise I'd give this place one star.

I had a very pleasant stay here spent one night. I am a paraplegic and on this trip I was alone. The front desk was very nice and went out of their way to help me with my belongings from my van to the room and back to my van on check out. As with most hotels now the bed sits at about 30" so I almost always need the bed frame taken out and the box springs and mattress sits on the floor for me to manage. The maintenance man was very courteous and had this done in less than 5 minutes. I would stay at this La Quinta if not for the following night at the La Quinta in Yukon Oklahoma "see that review". The staff here could teach common sense and human decency to the Yukon location. I will never stay at another La Quinta after the experience in Yukon. One bad apple did spoil the bunch.

Probably the most pet friendly hotel I've ever been to. We brought our dog and they were very accommodating. We also noticed about half of the guests had their dogs with them too. The best part is you can't tell! No smells or stains (from what we saw). The potty area outside also provides you with clean up bags. Love that they provide breakfast (though we haven't seen any protein such as bacon, sausage, etc). Only took off one star for bathroom floor didn't seem to be swept when we arrived.

Must be under new management!
Last time no requested refrigerator breakfast was totally wiped out by 9:00 and several large trucks eliminating parking and since I was in a wheelchair @ that time it was difficult.
MUCH better visit this trip.
Refrigerator; check; microwave; check.
Even a complimentary water and a cookie!

Probably, the best week I had at a hotel in a long time. Only two right turns off the freeway and I was there being greeted at your front desk. Good rates, clean comfortable room, close to everything I needed during my stay. Your my hotel when I come to ABQ!
Even a security guard on duty all night makes this a very safe establishment. Thanks for your hospitality.response / report this review
