Absolutely our favorite hotel to stay at when in downtown Cleveland. Majority of employees are friendly and very helpful. We always get upgraded when availability allows it. Best executive Lounge and a Double Tree that we've ever experienced.

The hotel is in need of some renovation and updated furnishings at the earliest. Surprising that they didn't bother to hire a window glass cleaner, the views outside from all the rooms is a mess with stained glasses. I had access to the executive lounge at 18th floor which is a nice place to enjoy a quiet breakfast or evening snacks watching the lake in the distance. Service is good. Hilton need to carefully scrutinize this one to ensure that they meet the standards of a DoubleTree.

The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Cleveland stadium. Rock and roll Hall of fame is nearby as well. There are plenty of great places to get food and drinks that are in walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

I received great service on my last 4 night stay. From check in to shuttle service everyone was great. But the best was Miss Elham. I got a great greeting every morning. I was treated like a friend and not a customer. She was genuine, warn and the service was great. After the first morning coffee was waiting for me when I got to my table. I don't write reviews but she deserved this one!

Loved it best customer service was there because of the Va and it was great they helped me with my long check out time because my husband had a procedure. I got a good soak in the hot tub. People very kind they greeted me. The elevator was just cleaned and the gentleman told me to take another one so i would step in a wet one. Very good place. Con: the airplanes ugh but only because i was in room middle of day. The tv was loose but i was able to fix it on my own.

Everything was clean and comfortable, as expected. We arrived later at night and it took awhile to check-in, as their computers were taking awhile, which caused a bit of a delay. Being as exhausted as we were, it wasn't exactly the best experience as the check-in took a lot longer than expected, but they did give us warm cookies. Everything else was great as soon as we got to the room. Only thing we noticed was the water pressure from the shower being so powerful that it sprayed everywhere, soaking the floor of the bathroom.

Nice hotel and location. However, the staff service was atrocious. One lounge server was amazing. One maid nice. Front desk, restaurant servers, maintenance, and another lounger server was just terrible. Locked out our room for 1.5 hours. Key didn't work, neither did the front desk key. Maintenance came to take door lock off, but not batteries to replace the lock. So we still couldn't get in until the batteries were obtained. And there was no sense of urgency to fix the issue. No apologies from any staff. And when we expressed this dissatisfaction, they comped our $18 parking fee. Still no apology for sitting in the hall for 1.5 hours.

Great room. Comfortable beds. Very clean
Great staff. Downside - not the best restaurant. Service in there was mediocre, at best. Food was just okay.

Staff was wonderful. This was our first time in Cleveland and had a lot of questions. They were very patient and kind. The shuttle was awesome and helped out a lot with navigating the city. Room was clean and smelled great. They allowed me to check in early with no extra charge and even comped me a few things to help out with cost. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We generally love our Doubletrees and these are our hotel of choice. Unfortunately we found the walls to be very thin at this location. We could hear entire conversations in the room next door. Lack of privacy. Other than this issue the hotel is very clean and the staff has been amazing. Judy at the bar helped us fine dinner options. She's a gem!

Good of you need a place to stay but not a hotel I would plan to vacation in. The parking garage is connected but not a part of the hotel. It filled up quickly and by 2:00 pm, I was parking in the snow on the roof. Since I was attending a conference, I didn't spend time in the hotel. There was shuttle service to events. Shuttle drivers were nice but not one of them got out of their vehicle to open or close the van door. When we came back to room, we had fresh towels but all of the hotel soaps were gone. No new clean glasses left for us. Beds were very comfortable, though. And heat/air adjustable. No fan in the bathroom. Ok stay.
