I've stayed here before and it was fine for a basic motel. This stay was my last. The room was clean - that's the only positive. Breakfast was powdered eggs and a stale pastry. There were other options I did not sample. I left about 1 pm for an appointment - to discover staff painting lines in the parking lot - between parked cars. At checkout the following morning, there was no clerk, and no express service. I called from the house phone and waited for 10 minutes. Clerk was in next room and "didn't hear it". The attitude seemed to be that guests were there for the owner, rather than the other way around.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was standard, but the food (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.) was good. The interior of the hotel was clean, well lit, and comfortable. My room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Stayed two nights, no problems. There is room service, but the food is from an outside source, as there is no on-site restaurant. There is a Bob Evans and a family restaurant (had a very good hamburger and onion rings there), both within walking distance. The outside of the hotel is very plain, but the quality of the rooms, and the staff, is well worth the reasonable price. Staying there again in two weeks.

Brought my daughter here with 5 friends for a birthday pool party!
I can't say anything more than we all had a BLAST! We had some trouble with our key card getting into the pool, but both times the manager came to rescue in seconds! The kids loved every minute of the pool. Thank you Best Western, for providing a nice establishment that's affordable, CLEAN, and comfortable!response / report this review -

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. The surrounding business were affordable. There was even a park within walking distance for the kids to run a bit. Definitely will return in the upcoming months when we visit our son at Baldwin Wallace University which was only a 10 minute drive.

Check in was very confusing. We had requested a King Bed room with an even number and was given a key to a room with 2 doubles on the opposite side of the hotel. The staff seems to have changed and they were not very familiar with things. It took us longer than normal to check-in and then was told we could not receive the room requested. "Don't worry we will take care of you", is what we were told and that they would give us a nicer/upgraded room. The staff went up to check to see if another room was ready for us. Gave us our keys to what we were told was an "upgraded" room and it turned out to be just one with 2 double beds. Not my idea of upgraded.We are Reward customers stayed here multiple times just this year and several times last year. I also think the breakfast items have been scaled back.

I travel to the Cleveland west side area several times a year to visit family. When in need of a hotel, I always choose this Best Western at Snow Road. Not only is it the best value, it is clean, comfortable and they provide the famous "waffle" for breakfast! The staff is very attentive. Proximity to the airport is a huge plus, too.

I had a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and everything was well stocked. I didn't use the pool but it is indoors right off of the lobby and looked pretty cool.

Room was small but had everything we needed. Mini fridge, microwave, high water pressure, the mattress was a tight top beautyrest. So a little firm but still comfortable. The breakfast is great but in a compact room so have a coffee before going down.

All in all a nice hotel in a great location. We were really tired when we checked in so I did not verify the room type. When we (3 adults, 1 child) walked into our room there was a king size bed. We made it work with the sleeper sofa and chair/ottoman but I had reserved 2 queen bed suite. The tv remotes need the sleep timer option!

Perfect airport hotel. Shuttle starts @ 4am. Beds are extremely comfortable. Hotel and room: very clean. Helpful staff. Sorry we had to leave before breakfast was served. If it's like the rest of the hotel and it's services, I'm sure it is delicious!

The Best Western in Cleveland is an excellent place to stay. It was very convenient to restaurants and the Cleveland Clinic where I was commuting back and forth. Excellent rooms and amenities. Excellent Staff!

Good breakfast options. Could've been better prepared for the large group staying that day. Overall decent. Probably will not return, unless I can get the room cheaper. The only reason I went to this hotel is the pool and the water was too cold to take my son in. There were no towels in the pool area.

Great hotel! Good value! We used it as an overnight stay before flying out of Cleveland in the early am! We used the pool! It was slightly cool but very clean as was the entire hotel. We left too early to eat breakfast. THey sold snacks at the front desk which was nice as we got in too late to eat dinner. I loved the fact that you could order dinner out and it could be delivered from a local restaurant. Excellent menu. We would definitely try that next time.
