The room was more spacious than I am use to from a hotel room, especially one with a king sized bed. It was clean and provided me full control of the temperature. I ordered room service both nights which was affordable, quick, and delicious. I myself didn't use the pool or the gym but walked past then a few times and the equipment look new and both were clean. All in all, I stay here again.

Good: Attractive hotel, courteous staff, recently renovated as of 11/2017, comfortable lobby for work or relaxing, lots of power outlets and USB charging ports in the rooms

Bad: Only ONE drawer in the entire room. One single drawer. None in the night stands, none in the desk. If you like to unpack, this is lousy.

Minor annoyance: The person tending the bar at the event I attended could not tell me about the beers. "They are craft beers," was all he knew. Yes, I can tell they are craft beers. Even just knowing what is popular would be nice. This is just a pet peeve and does not impact my star rating.

Overall: I would stay here again is the price was right, but having not enough space to unpack means I would consider another hotel at the same price point before deciding.

I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for my brother's wedding and they did what they could to keep the family rooms together. It's in a good area where you can walk and get food and pick up some last minute items. Would for sure stay there again.

This was a nice hotel with recently renovated rooms. Not sure if all rooms are renovated though. Not sure if it was because of the restaurant.. but all parking slots in the front of the building were completely taken Had spots open in the back though

Very nice hotel. Most wonderful staff. Me, my wife and our 5 month old son arrived late in the evening on September 9th. Olivia and "Paulie" were working the front desk. Olivia checked us in. Both were Extremely upbeat and friendly. Olivia walked us to our room. We also met a manager who was very friendly. While we were out for dinner, Olivia had a baby playpen/crib brought to our room. Upon returning from dinner, we were met by Olivia and "Paulie" again. Both girls fussed over our son, holding him and passing him back and forth. It was wonderful to see such a friendly staff. They all made us feel like family. The next morning we had a great breakfast provided by very friendly staff. We promise to return

The recently remodeled rooms and public space is very nice. The fitness facility has a good number of quality machines and plenty of stocked clean towels. The new concierge lounge is especially nice with espresso coffee machine and well stocked water, sodas and snacks. Service here from front desk to housekeeping are all excellent.

Cincinnati Marriott Northeast is in a great location. It was easy to get to off of Route 71 and had a decent amount of parking. The conference space had more than enough room and the staff attending to everyone was very attentive and polite. The food provided for our event was excellent and the staff provided a unique experience for each person attending our meeting. The newly renovated lobby was beautiful and felt very inviting. I would be excited to attend another conference here.

The hotel was under construction so facilities weren't that nice. The doors to the bathroom in the room were semi-transparent so don't stay here unless you are comfortable with your roommates being able to see you in the bathroom. The rest of the hotel is very nice.

The front desk is great from check-in to check-out. Rooms are very nice. The restaurant/bar was accommodating to make a dish for a special diet and the food was great. The hotels currently under a remodel but I hardly noticed. The staff is friendly and doing a great job.

Kind staff, welcoming atmosphere, and fairly clean environment that's welcoming. Rooms aren't huge, but are accommodating. Beds are comfy along with the sofa and chairs. Television channel line-up is rather pathetic. Most unclear and repeatative. Walls could be thicker. We could hear the guests next door talking and laughing while we were in bed.
Overall, it's not a Hilton property, but better than many others. With the lack of amenities and room quality, I feel their prices are a bit silly. About 1/3rd silly.

I stay in many hotels while traveling for work.but I've never taken the time to review one. I absolutely LOVED this one, and they deserve a shout out for all their incredible hospitality! The front desk team is so friendly and professional. And the room itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated - if I have to be away from home I don't mind this! :-) I ordered room service last night and it was delicious. I can't say enough great things!

My wife and I have stayed here twice in one of the big suites up on the top floor. It's a very nice property.

There's plenty of parking, it's convenient to everything you could ever imagine at that ginormous exit off I-71.

The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic. The waffles are very crispy on the outside, but tender inside. The staff bends over backwards for you.

The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is the overall look and feel of the place is like so many modern hotels. You feel like you're coming to a warehouse or office building. There's absolutely no warm architectural *feel* to the place whatsoever.
