A very nice large hotel. They have 2 pools. One of the pools has a bar just outside of the pool area. Hammocks in some of the green spaces to hang out in. The front desk staff was very polite and they also have free cookies. I would stay here again.

It's what you think it is - a nice hotel. It is quite big so you may end up quite far from the lobby. But parking is easy and the rooms are quite large.

This is a very nice hotel. I attended a conference there, and it was very well handled. Great coordination by the hotel for services and they kept up with the boards notifying people where to go. Nice rooms, great food in the restaurants although pricey. I would be happy to have another conference here, they showed great skill in the process, and managed our 550 person event quite well.

Went for a weekend getaway. The pool (1 of 2) was fantastic. Our room was great, very comfortable. Only downside was the buffet want included with the room and was very pricey for an average spread. I would still stay here again as there are great food options nearby in all directions.

Wonderful relaxing place to stay. I really didn't feel like I was staying at a hotel, very home like. Hammocks available to lay out and watch the stars at night. Two huge swimming pools, delicious breakfast buffet.

Comfortable rooms, great staff, main restaurant has great food, gym has plenty of well kept machines, the pool staff is very attentive with drinks and food. My only complaint is that they need to step up the pest control. There were a lot of mosquitoes and actually saw a rat on the pool deck!

Beautiful hotel that hosted a 1500 attended conference. The hotel staff went above and beyond in refrigerating my Edible Arrangement even though I hadn't gotten a room. The grounds were expansive and the conference room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and inviting. I'm always happy when the Marian Conference is hosted here!

Stayed for two nights and had the bed-and-breakfast - the breakfast is a type of buffet, but the food was excellent; the choices for the given day is limited to a few items at a time two main items, like French toast and egg sandwich, and then some staple breakfast items - eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes. There's a waffle maker that takes a little of time to make a single waffle, but it comes out perfectly. The resort itself is nice and well maintained. The mini-fridge in my room didn't seem to be cooling and maintenance was prompt to come out to take a look. We ended up getting a second fridge added which was kind of them. It's very quiet - the room I was in was kind of off-set, so there were no direct neighbors. Pools are kinda shallow, good for chilling and wading around. Overall excellent stay, no problems or issues.

The staff here is extremely accommodating. My buddy is a diamond member for the Hilton group, so we got some excellent accommodations. Even so, the staff was great in the restaurant, and the room service was spot on. The pool was very well-kept and the property is beautiful. The landscaping is well manicured, and there's no ruffians hanging about. Parking could be a little better, but there was plenty of it.

Beautiful hotel. Everyone was very accomodating. When our key stopped working they replaced it right away. Beautiful venue for weddings! And fun hammocks for lazy reading or just relaxing.

The room was in great condition, plenty of space for 5 guys at a Bachelor Party. All the amenities you could hope for. We used it as an Air B&B, was super affordable when we split it all up. Would recommend it to anyone!

Our four-day stay at the Courtyard Scottsdale Salt River was fabulous from beginning to end! Kristy at the front desk was extremely helpful and personable! The shuttle providing transportation in a 3-mile radius was a welcome feature. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The ice-cold orange water served daily using fresh, ripe Arizona oranges was a very nice touch! We will definitely visit here again!

Check in was smooth, very helpful and prompt staff. Room was clean tho cool. The heat appears to be slow or not working at full capacity. Conference rooms are nice, and catered food is good and varied. Service staff has been excellent.

The hotel was being renovated while we were here so the staff was kind of sparse and one of the pools was closed but I am still giving 5 stars because we knew this before we came and the price was adjusted accordingly.
Other than the construction, this had more of the feel of a resort than a hotel. My wife and I spent 4 days here and it felt like a relaxing full week! It was hot when we were there and we walked to downtown Scottsdale every day in the sun but the staff treated us to ice cold bottled water every time we ventured out.
The shuttle has a limited range and would take us to Downtown Scottsdale but we wanted to walk and get exercise. One time it did come in handy was picking us up at the grocery store. We didn't want to have to haul our stuff back to the hotel.
The pool was relaxing, they have tennis, two beautiful pools, great staff and a great location.response / report this review
