Clean and convenient. The breakfast is nothing to write home about so we avoided it. Maid had an annoying habit of waiting until we were in our room in the afternoon of knocking and dropping towels we didn't need after cleaning the room. Looking for a tip I guess. Which we left in the room at the end of our stay

A friend of mine was passing through Phoenix and America Best Value Inn was recommended to him by his Uber driver. I met him in the lobby which was very clean with great tourist brochures. The front desk associate was absolutely amazing, he knew all the restaurants that had good food and prices. The room was very clean and standard, perfect for the budget and to get sleep. Quiet, no cigarette odor, and the basic cable package. Perfect for someone on a budget just needing sleep. Oh, it's close to the light rail so, travel was not an issue and he was able to get to airport via the light rail.

It is the hotel with the lowest price in the downtown of Phoenix, it is clean and comfortable. It is close to the shops, gyms, restaurants and Arizona Diamondback stadium. It is a very comfortable option to stay one night or a few days in Phoenix. I slept there in 2 trips I did to Phoenix and I would come back again and I travel to Phoenix.

This fellow did Everything to make our stay Comfortable! Rooms are clean n Comfortable! Rates are fair, not as expensive as one might think, being in the center of town! Even had an outside smoking area, which proved to be most comfortable n enjoyable!
Jury Duty might not be as bad as I had expectedstaying at this hotel!response / report this review -

Clean room with new furniture and big TV. Bathroom with new tiles. Air-condition loud as always. Comfortable matrace. Location central on Saturday night very noisy due to adjacent club or something. However if you go out and come back later it is no problem. Breakfast is make your own waffle coffee juice but no toast or muffin. It was okay for us and we would come again.

The neighborhood was pretty shady. The room was decent at least. It was also close to the Talking Stick Arena we went to a concert too. However, they charged for ice. Who does that? Only hotel I've ever seen charge for ice.

Economical hotel that fulfills all the basic requirements. Location is convenient for downtown events, bars and points of interest are in walking distance. Rooms are clean and equip with a clothes iron and hair dryer. Service is responsive and accommodating. All in all worth it for the low cost.

Inexpensive, efficient, practical
This is a fairly nice budget hotel. Everything has been optimized to give you the best value. The beds are in good condition and clean. The bathroom is has newer tiles but an older tub. There's is a modern TV with over 100 channels including HBO and the WiFi is the fastest I experienced in a hotel. I could stream HD video! The breakfast is quite good with a waffle maker and hard boiled eggs. Tip: bring the breakfast to the gazebo to enjoy, it's so nice with the flowers, orange and grapefruit trees.response / report this review -
