Friend went less than week ago here me being a salon mgr know how things should go. worst 9hr of her life. Her HAIR is awful, hot roots 3 different oranges. And still charged 150. Being a professional salon she shouldnt have been charged anything, and hair should still be fixed at no charge. This is how we do things as well as many other salon. Hair Cuttery could have colored her hair better. I feel awful for her. Coming to visit soon bringing her to salon, to give my professional opinion!!! They need to do the right thing refund her and fix. Instead of her calling me for advice

I have very curly, long hair that I used to try to tame with tons of mouse and hair spray. Cosmo has changed my hair perspective and has taught me how to manage it. I now have soft, non-crunchy hair and my only product is conditioner :)

I've gone to Cosmo since 1989 and have always had superb service! He has always taken great care of me and I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. His salon is just a feel good place that I look forward to going to.

I was at wits' end when I called Planet Cosmo for an appointment for a consultation and haircut. My hair was unruly and fried -- I tried tons of products with no results and had literally given up. Lauren was a lifesaver. She immediately identified my problems and gave me excellent advice and tips on how to correct them. The haircut she gave me was perfectly suited to my face and to my hair type. I walked into Planet Cosmo with lifeless, dull hair and walked out with shiny, hydrated, gorgeous curls I never knew my hair could be so curly! Lauren was very knowledgeable about hair, very talented at what she does, and very friendly! Thanks for the great service and giving my hair a total 180. Will definitely be going back for more!
