This store is great. They have excellent customer service and really aim to please their customers. I will always get my tires from here.

A few months ago I had my wife take our car in for 2 new tires while I was out of state working.
The next morning she called me and said both tires were flat.
Thinking that the beads didn't seal, I had her fire up my compressor and after inflating them, went back to the shop.
Once they checked them out, they told her that her rims were both cracked because she must have hit something. And replacements would be $350.00 each.
Stuck there with no options, she pulled out the credit card and bought new rims.
Upon returning home, I found that there were identical marks on the inside of the rims where the cracks were(more than likely from their tire machine).
I've read several other reviews where others have had the same problem.

I lost receipt looked me up by phone number from 10yrs ago went and checked out tire gave awesome advice for my mom's car. Didnt try to over sell me. My valve stem had broke off. They replaced for 60 and also repaired another tire. Over and beyond had very high work ethics.

They were able to quickly get my wheel replacement taken care of. The price was definitely a bit higher than I would have expected though. Overall good service, just pricey.

I always come to Discount Tire to take care of the tires on my RV and they are consistently helpful. I've been to one's all over the country and instead of giving weird looks and shrugging their shoulders or getting upset, they are always cheerful, always help me and often times change the tire right out in the lot.

Always great customer service. It might take a long time if you don't have an appointment, so plan accordingly. These guys really do their best.

We are on Vacation, ended up with an unrepairable flat.
Charles was very friendly & helpful, I knew the type of tires I wanted and he didn't try to upsell me for more expensive tires.

Excellent and prompt service. Work completed at the exact time estimated. Kevin runs a great shop. All of the staff look like they enjoy working.

We come here every time we need tires. Even when they are slammed and the place is back their customer service is perfect. The staff is always courtesy. Even when they have a 5 hour wait they keep their customers happy!!! Very informative!

Excellent place. Very prompt and courteous service.
I was there yesterday.without appointment .
Checked all my tires including the flat tire in twenty
Minutes.They didn't even charge me.
