I stayed at the resort for a convention but there was also so much to do there that I ended up enjoying my time simply staying at the resort. The pool was great and the arcade and escape room were a lot of fun! The room was really spacious, however, the bathroom was very bare and the shower needed work. Overall that didn't really impact my stay in much of a negative way, though I did only stay one night and if I had stayed longer the bathroom might have been more of an issue.

Conference rooms for the convention we're nice, but sometimes too small. Also, since music was a part of some presentations, it would have been helpful to have dividing walls that were a bit more soundproofed. Aside from that the venue was good for what was needed and I look forward to returning again next year.

Zanies puts in a great show. We went on a Friday night and it was packed. The drinks were good but a bit pricey. About $10 each, with a 2 drink minimum for the show. Comedy was great. Venue 8s a bit old and could use some improvements and or cleaning. Overall it was a fun night.

We stayed the weekend on the Romantic Getaway package. We were married on Bourbon St. Although this was a very small intimate wedding, the staff accommodated us and was very helpful in arranging our wedding and giving us privacy. Thank you to Brittney. Our rooms were a little outdated but the view was outstanding; on the 14th floor of the Tower overlooking the golf course and airport. The ambiance of the Harvest restaurant was delightful. There is so much to do at this resort and the scenery is beautiful. Reasonably priced also, this was a fabulous trip.

Nice place. Lots of interesting features including the indoor pool that looks like a beach and another with a waterfall. The room was nice. Not very big, but comfortable. I was there for a conference and the facility worked well for that.

Location great. Nice landscaping. Excellent for golf etc. Good customer service. Nice bathrooms but wear and tear evident in carpet and smell of the rooms. The real reason for 3 stars was ring around the upstairs toilet in the suite. Downstairs bathroom in better shape.

This hotel has formidable amenities, theater, gift shop, a "New Orleans" kind of street, nice indoor & outdoor pool, bar with live music. Food and drinks were fine! I had a good time.

We were here for a life celebration. The room was nice. We liked the patio access from our room, with the pond and fountain. The indoor-outdoor pool was really enjoyable, and the longer pool hours a really great plus, since we came a good distance and still got to relax in the pool that night! The campfire circle is also nice. We don't golf and didn't try the restaurants, so I have no idea there, but the rest was nice and the staff was friendly.

I attended an event at Phesant Run Resort which was heald in their New Orleans banquet hall. The hall was absolutely beautiful and accommodating to the large number of guests as we were there for a benefit. The stage was a great size without being over bearing, and had a wonderful sized dance floor before it. I'm unsure if the decorations were done by the resort but if so they were incredible. The food and staff were equally amazing. The only issues I had were that the drinks were a bit light from the inside hall bar Tender, and I'm a complete light weight. The only other issue which I'm sure they will be looking into, is that the whole day it was raining fairly hard and by the end of the night the roof began to leak in various places thought the establishment.

Very poor service. I just had a long weekend stay and I won't put this on my list of places to revisit. Towels were never available at the pool and the towels in my room were not replaced. I had to swipe them off the linen cart. My room door was constantly getting stuck. I had to slam the door to close it and kick it to open it. The engineer came to look at it and asked if I was checking out that day. I said no I just checked in. I was then told they would have someone check it after my stay. Public restroom stalls were so small there was not enough room to get in and close the door, I'm an average size woman. Our event went fairly smooth, the resort was way understaffed for all the events going on.

The place has so much potential, and my kids had a blast. It is badly in need of an update though. Very family friendly. The pools are great. It would be nice if Bourbon Street is open longer as we had some downtime. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

I was an overnight guest in the Tower. Fun and friendly atmosphere and great for kids. I've stayed here a few times with my family and with each visit they've had special crafts and activities for children. There are two pools on site, one of which flows from the inside to the outside and is heated appropriately, even in cold weather. Bourbon Street is fun when all the shops and restaurants are open. The building itself is old and worn, but we always have a great time and it's a good weekend get away destination.

Pheasant Run isn't the most modern or fancy of resorts, but for the price, it's a great getaway for your family! The property is clean and well kept and there are many amenities so you don't have to leave if you don't want to! The restaurant has good food, there's a coffee shop that makes coffee to order, and the indoor/outdoor pools are great! They have poolside activities that make it fun to stay here in the summer. They even offered us S'mores kits to make some by their fire outside at night. The staff was very friendly.
